Abstract
Description
The invention relates to the field of construction, namely, compositions for injection fixation of soils, mainly loess, at the base of existing and newly constructed buildings and structures.
1986).Known compositions based on various reagents for injection fixation of subsidence soils, including loess (Manual for chemical fixation of soils by injection in industrial and civil engineering (to SNiP 3.02.01-83), Moscow, Stroyizdat, 1986).
Their disadvantage is the multicomponent nature, the difficulty of holding in the technological process and the insufficiently high strength characteristics of the fixed soil, and for some compositions there is also the additional energy consumption spent on heating the used oil products.
A known composition for fixing the soil according to the patent of the Russian Federation No. 2035544 (application No. 5023052/33, publ. 05/20/1995). The invention is directed to the injection fixation of loess soil with a composition comprising a solution of sodium silicate with a density of 1.4-1.5 g / cm 3 and an additional 2-9% aqueous solution of soda-lime melt.
The disadvantages of this invention are also the difficulty of exposure in the process and not high enough strength characteristics of the fixed soil.
Ю. - 2014. - №4 (35). - С. 114-120).The prototype of the claimed invention is a particularly fine-dispersed binder (OTD) "Mikrodur" for injection solution, which provides high strength and durability of soil fixation (Injection fixation of loess soils in Grozny with particularly finely dispersed substances of the type "Mikrodur" / S-A.U. Murtazaev [and etc.] // Vestnik DSTU. Technical sciences. - 2014. - No. 4 (35). - P. 114-120).
The disadvantage is the extremely high cost and scarcity of the DTK "Microdur" manufactured by Dyckerhoff as an imported product.
The technical result is to reduce costs and increase the efficiency of injection solutions when fixing loess soils.
%:The technical result is achieved by the fact that the injection solution of the required water-binding ratio is prepared on the basis of a composition from OTDV “Mikrodur” and carbonate rock, brought to a finely dispersed state, in the following ratio of components, mass. %:
Микродур - 20-50;Microdur - 20-50;
50-80.Carbonate rock - 50-80.
Limestone is used as a carbonate rock (composition of mineral components,% mass: CaO - 55.58; СО 2 - 24.56; SiO 2 - 9.42; Al 2 O 3 - 2.90; MgO - 2.08; Fe 2 O 3 - 1.05; SO 3 - 0.53; CuO - 0.27; K 2 O - 0.19), brought to a finely dispersed state (S UD - up to 9200 cm 2 / g) by grinding in the laboratory MLR-15 roller mill for 40 minutes
First, a composition is prepared on the basis of the Mikrodur OTDV and carbonate rock with a different ratio of components by weight. Then, by thorough mixing, an aqueous solution of the required water-binding ratio is prepared.
The finished solution is injected into the soil in the usual way through an injector.
(ECS).The main strength and deformation characteristics of injection-fixed soils of the foundations of buildings and structures are the compressive strength (R LF ) and the deformation modulus (E CS ).
To determine these characteristics, sample-cylinders of loess soil with an artificially formed structure in laboratory conditions are injected with solutions based on the proposed composition.
2011.After the aging time (28 days), the resulting soil concrete samples are removed from the cylinders and subjected to testing in accordance with GOST 12248-2010 “Soils. Laboratory methods for characterizing strength and deformability. " - M .: Standartinform, 2011.
The compressive strength is determined on an IP-500 press, and the deformation modulus using an installation for triaxial compression ST1034-1B 30 kN.
1.The characteristics of strength and deformability of soil concrete samples obtained by injection fixing with solutions based on the proposed composition are presented in table. one.
The aquatic environment has a special effect on loess soils of the foundations of buildings and structures, since when the loess is soaked, subsidence and a sharp decrease in soil strength occur.
Therefore, studies were carried out to determine the water resistance of soil concrete samples (Fig. 1), where loess soil cores taken using a special drilling rig are presented under No. 1 and 4, and soil concrete samples under No. 2, 3 and 5.
The total test duration is 48 hours.
The values of strength and deformation characteristics obtained as a result of laboratory studies of artificially formed soil concrete samples were compared with similar characteristics of the sample taken from the soil-concrete massif obtained in real conditions.
The experimental site was selected in the Staropromyslovsky district of Grozny, where excavation work was carried out at that time for the construction of a residential complex of 3-story buildings.
10%.The discrepancy between the data obtained during laboratory and field tests is not more than 10%.
Implementation of the obtained results was carried out by the company SUCCESS LLC while carrying out work to strengthen the foundations for electrical equipment with solutions based on the proposed composition at the construction site of the Chernorechye-110 substation in Grozny.
Thus, the claimed invention allows to obtain soil-concrete massifs with high strength properties (up to 17 MPa) and increased water resistance with a maximum reduction (up to 80%) of the local raw materials of the expensive imported product OTDV "Microdur", which reduces costs and improves efficiency when performing injection work to consolidate loess subsidence soils.
