Abstract
Description
The claimed invention relates to physiotherapy exercises and sports, and can find application in practice of physiotherapy exercises, medical and physical dispensaries, sports and athletic clubs as a way to relieve pain in the shoulder joints.
- С.264-270].It is known that one of the functions of the latissimus dorsi is to bring the shoulder to the body from a raised position in the frontal plane. In this case, holding the shoulder in place and rotating in the shoulder joint is performed by the shoulder rotator muscles (supraspinatus, infraspinatus, small and large round muscles, subscapularis muscle) [Jermi K. Atlas of musculoskeletal anatomy / K. Jermi. - M .: ACT: Astrel, 2008. - S.264-270].
[Brill, P.W. Instant relief: Tell me where it hurts and i'll tell you what to do / P.W. Brill, S. Suffes - S.l.: Bantam, 2007. - 240 p.].It is established that with an unbalanced development of these muscles, a violation of the movement of the shoulder in three projections is noted. In some cases, pain occurs due to the joint bones being outside their normal position and friction on the tendon, synovial bag, or the joint capsule itself, which causes an inflammatory reaction that leads to the shoulder-shoulder periarthritis, one of the most common diseases of the shoulder joint. It is a reactive aseptic chronic inflammation of the periarticular tissues in the shoulder joint and in the ligament-tendon area of the capsule of the joint itself, occurring in middle-aged and especially elderly people against the background of existing age-related changes in these tissues. In case of shoulder-shoulder periarthritis, the front muscles are short and tense, and the group of back muscles is weakened [Brill, P.W. Instant relief: Tell me where it hurts and i'll tell you what to do / P.W. Brill, S. Suffes - S.l .: Bantam, 2007. - 240 p.].
Shoulder-to-shoulder periarthritis severely limits the amplitude of shoulder movement and gives an ever-increasing pain that extends to the shoulder joint and shoulder girdle. There is moderate atrophy of the supraspinatus, infraspinatus, and deltoid muscles. The cause of humeroscapular periarthritis is often the neglect of the rotator muscles of the shoulder and, therefore, the injuries of the shoulder ligament.
- С.63].Closest to the claimed method is a method of influencing the muscles of the back (pull from above), including pulling the handle of the simulator from above, sitting on the simulator, using the latissimus dorsi muscles (see figure 1) [Vella M. Atlas of anatomy for strength exercises and fitness / M Vella. - M .: ACT: Astrel, 2007. - P.63].
However, with such a thrust from above, a sufficient amplitude of movement is not observed, providing maximum stretching and contraction of the rotator muscles of the shoulder and the latissimus dorsi.
The result, the achievement of which the claimed invention is directed, is to maximize the activation of the rotator muscles of the shoulder and the latissimus dorsi.
This result is achieved by the fact that in the method of stopping pain in the shoulder joints, including the impact on the muscles, which are carried out by pulling the simulator handle from above while standing on the exhale, the movement is performed in the frontal plane around the sagittal axis, bringing the straight arm behind the back to the height of the pelvis.
Training can also be done alternately or simultaneously with both hands.
When performing the proposed method, the movement occurs in the frontal plane, in the shoulder joint around the sagittal axis. This exercise involves the latissimus dorsi as the main muscle that performs the movement, and auxiliary muscles: trapezius, large and small rhomboid, infraspinatus, large and small round, coraco-brachial. During the reverse course of the simulator, the practitioner takes the straight arm with the handle up, achieving maximum stretching of the latissimus dorsi. In this movement, the same joints and muscles are involved, working in inferior mode.
For a better understanding, the exercises are schematically shown in FIGS. 2 and 3. FIG. 2 shows an exercise performed with one hand, in FIG. 3 with two hands.
In a one-sided embodiment of the method for stopping pain in the shoulder joints in the initial position, the performer is located half a turn to the upper block, which is located behind, and on the exhale pulls the handle of the simulator, bringing the straight arm behind the back to the level of the pelvis. This position does not require strict control over the mixing of the blades in the initial position, which allows you to maximize focus on the work of the muscles involved in the movement.
When performing exercises with two hands for a more effective impact on the main and auxiliary muscles, the performer in the initial position should be somewhat ahead of the line of blocks (see figure 3). This will allow the maximum to breed and reduce the shoulder blades when performing the exercise. Such an approach will ensure stretching and contraction of the main and auxiliary muscles in full amplitude, which will increase the mobility of the shoulder joints and joints of the chest, especially the thoracic spine, and will also help develop the strength qualities of these muscles. Created conditions for improving posture.
The invention is further illustrated by examples, but not limited to.
