Abstract
Description
The invention relates to the mining industry, namely to oil and gas, and can be used in the operation of oil and gas wells.
20.02.2010).A well-known well filter, including a housing, a filter element and a filter element cleaning device (RF Patent No. 2382178, E21B 43/08, publ. 02.20.2010).
The disadvantage of this filter is that the cleaning device is delivered to the cleaning zone of the filter element periodically, and downtime of the main equipment occurs, which negatively affects the performance and quality of cleaning.
10.10.2005).Closest to the proposed device is a self-cleaning well filter, including a housing, a filter element, an ultrasonic emitter connected via a cable to an electric power source located on the earth's surface (patent RU No. 2261986, E21B 43/18, publ. 10.10.2005).
The disadvantages of the well-cleaning self-cleaning filter are low productivity, quality of cleaning due to the high proportion of impurities and the quick failure of the filter element, which reduces the throughput and efficiency of the well.
The technical problem to which the invention is directed is to increase the productivity of oil and gas production, reduce the mass fraction of impurities and increase the life of the filter.
This goal is achieved by the fact that in the proposed technical solution, comprising a housing, a filter element, an ultrasonic emitter connected via a cable to an electric power source located on the earth's surface, according to the invention, the ultrasonic emitter is rigidly connected to the filter element by means of a bracket, and the filter element is equipped with a washer process fluid under pressure through a hose system by means of pumps located on the surface of the earth. In addition, air or inert gases or liquids, such as water, are used as a process medium.
The connection of the ultrasonic emitter rigidly with the filter element through the bracket allows you to effectively remove stuck solid particles from the surface of the filter element, which increases productivity.
The use of a washer with a process medium allows comprehensively quickly and efficiently cleaning the filter element due to ultrasonic vibrations and backwash. At the same time, the throughput of the well increases by 1.5 times.
The invention is illustrated in the drawing.
It shows the operation filter of a self-cleaning well filter with the main structural elements of the device.
A self-cleaning downhole filter consists of a housing 1, a filtering
The principle of operation of the device is the integrated use of ultrasonic vibrations and a backwash mechanism, which is a powerful hydraulic system that removes stuck solid particles from the surface of the
2.The processing process of the filter element is as follows. An
The process of cleaning the filter element takes about 1-1.5 hours, after which the process of oil or gas production resumes.
The proposed design of a self-cleaning well filter allows to increase oil and gas production productivity and quality due to the integrated use of ultrasonic vibrations and a backwash mechanism, which is a powerful hydraulic system that removes stuck solid particles from the surface of the filter element. This increases the life of the filter.
