SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of cosmetology and represents a cream for skin care around eyes, comprising wool alcohols or acetylated lanolin, stearic acid, zinc stearate, sodium salts of fatty acids of wool grease, triethanolamine, cocoa butter, mineral oil, vegetable oil, distilled glycerol, preservation agent and additionally it comprises wine material obtained after the stage of clarification of white wines, and the components in the cream are in a certain ratio in wt %.

EFFECT: invention provides an increase in the degree of whitening, moisturising, elimination of puffiness, improvement of skin elasticity, and prevention and removal of wrinkles around eyes.

Description

The invention relates to the cosmetic industry, namely to means for skin care around the eyes.

The well-known cream for eyes “Diamant” is intended for skin care of the eyelids, which includes structure-forming emulsifiers, PEG-20, stearate, cetyl alcohol, gelling agents, moisturizing additives, oil phase, dietary supplement (squalane, blue cornflower flower extract, extract chamomile flowers, peach fruit extract, hydrolyzed soy protein, plankton extract), preservative, perfume composition and water, additionally contains film-forming components, neutralizing agents (patent RU No. 2236842).

The disadvantage of Eye Cream “Diamond” is the absence of a bleaching brightening component. In addition, the biologically active substances that make up the cream only help moisturize the skin, but they do not eliminate puffiness.

Closest to the claimed cream for skin care around the eyes is a cream for the skin around the eyes (application No. 93020004/14, 04/15/1993), including a fat base, emulsifiers, biologically active components, preservative and fragrance in the following ratio of components, wt.% : wool alcohols or lanolin acetylated 2.5-6.0; stearic acid 4.0-8.0; zinc stearate 1.5-3.5; sodium salts of fatty acids of wool fat 0.5-2.0; triethanolamine 0.5-1.5; cocoa butter or cooking oil 1.0-4.0; mineral oil 1.5-3.0; vegetable oil 8.0-12.0; distilled glycerin 3.0-6.0; freeze-dried seed of sheep or cattle 0.05-0.2; aloe juice 2.0-5.0; dimol 0.4-0.8; perfume 0.4-0.5; distilled water - up to 100.

The disadvantage of this cream for the skin around the eyes is that distilled water is included in the cosmetic formulation, which acts as a solvent for the water-soluble components in the aqueous phase and is the source of only H + and OH- ions. The aqueous phase does not carry any other functional purpose in the cream for the skin around the eyes.

The objective of the invention is the expansion of the raw material base for the production of cosmetics, the use of a new type of raw material in the production of cosmetics for skin care around the eyes.

The technical result is to increase the degree of whitening, moisturizing, eliminating puffiness, increasing skin elasticity, as well as preventing and eliminating wrinkles around the eyes.

The technical result is achieved in that the cream for the care of the skin around the eyes, consisting of a fat base, emulsifiers and preservative, additionally contains wine material obtained after the stage of clarification of white wines, in the following ratio, wt.%:

Sodium salts of fatty acids of wool fat 0.5-1.0

The advantage of the developed cream for skin care around the eyes is the complete replacement of the aqueous phase with wine material obtained in the production of wines from white grape varieties. The mechanical wort produced by mechanical pressing is subjected to further clarification with bentonite clay. After clarification, the wort is separated from the bentonite precipitate, subjected to aging, and wine material is obtained, from which later, using a number of technological operations, the finished wine production product is obtained.

Wine material is a natural source of low molecular weight organic acids, such as tartaric, citric, malic and other valuable components for the cosmetic industry.

Fruit acids dissolve the natural ligament that holds dead skin cells together, gently remove these cells and stimulate the synthesis of collagen and glycosaminoglycans in the skin. In addition, fruit acids smooth small wrinkles, help in the fight against pigmentation, make the skin supple, able to retain moisture, have antioxidant properties, have a slightly astringent and whitening effect.

The wine material also contains a number of other biologically active substances that are beneficial for the skin.

Amino acid molecules improve the water and protein balance of the skin, promote healing and biostimulation, provide balanced physiological nutrition and hydration of skin cells.

Sugar grapes also have a moisturizing effect, contribute to maintaining the water balance of skin cells.

B vitamins (nicotinamide, pantothenic acid, riboflavin, thiamine, pyridoxine, aminobenzoic and folic acid, biotin, choline) play an important role in the health and beauty of the skin. They contribute to the rapid healing of wounds, tissue regeneration, effective in anti-aging skin preparations.

Physico-chemical characteristics of the components of the cream for skin care eyelids

Wool alcohols or acetylated lanolin - a mixture of fats and waxes is easily absorbed by the skin. Effectively soften the skin, eliminate dryness, increase elasticity.

Stearic acid is a white scale-like mass. Widely distributed in natural fats and oils, one of the main fatty acids in human tissues. In a free form it is kept in secret of sebaceous glands. It is used as a structure-forming and emulsifying component.

Zinc stearate is an anionic surfactant. Powder of white or cream color. Used as a builder and stabilizer.

Sodium salts of fatty acids of wool fat have a high emulsifying ability, are used in cosmetic formulations as emollients and basic components.

Triethanolamine (TU 6-09-2448-91) is a low molecular weight amino alcohol, a colorless or light yellow viscous liquid. Hygroscopic, soluble in water, alcohol, acetone. It is used in cosmetics as a soft base and as part of emulsifiers.

Cocoa butter - a fatty oil, has a yellowish color, a pleasant smell of chocolate. The oil contains stearic, palmitic, oleic, linolenic acids. It has a healing and tonic effect due to the presence of methylcanthine, caffeine, tannins in the composition.

Mineral oil (GOST 4225-76) is an oily transparent non-fluorescent liquid, used in cosmetics as a moisturizer.

Vegetable oil (GOST 1129-93) is a yellowish liquid. It has good moisturizing, regenerating, plasticizing properties. The composition contains fatty acids, including oleic. It is used as a supplement.

Glycerin (GOST 6824-96) is a colorless, odorless liquid, sweet in taste, easily mixes with water and ethanol in any ratio. It is highly hygroscopic. They are added to cosmetics for water evaporation, in addition, glycerin has a moisturizing effect on the skin.

Preservative - a component that ensures the resistance of a cosmetic product to microbial infection during the guaranteed shelf life. Preservative must have fungicidal and bactericidal activity.

Wine material (GOST R 52845-2007) is a transparent liquid without sediment and impurities. Opalescence is allowed due to the characteristics of the raw materials used.

From the above experimental data, it follows that moisturizing, whitening, eliminating puffiness and increasing the elasticity of the skin when using cream for skin care around the eyes is higher than when using the prototype cream.

Thus, the set of essential features set forth in the claims, allows to achieve the desired result. The invention meets the criteria of patentability, in particular, inventive step, since a wine product having biological activity was first introduced into the composition of the cream for skin care around the eyes.

To prepare a cream for skin care around the eyes, it is necessary to load a prescription amount of lanolin acetylated, stearic acid, zinc stearate, sodium salts of wool fatty acids, cocoa butter, mineral oil, vegetable oil into the reactor with a stirrer. The resulting mixture is heated to a temperature of 65-70 ° C. Separately, a solution is prepared from wine material, triethanolamine and glycerol at a temperature of 50-60 ° C. Next, two phases are mixed, an emulsification step is carried out for 15-20 minutes and a preservative is added. The mixture is stirred in a reactor until a mass of white with a yellowish tint and a smell corresponding to the ingredients used is formed. The finished cosmetic product is packaged in a container and stored at a temperature of +4 to + 10 ° C.

A range of values of the components included in the formulation of the inventive cream for the care of the skin around the eyes and the prototype was proposed (table 1).

The claimed quantitative ratios ensure the achievement of the maximum technical result.

The prepared samples obtained on the basis of the recipes from table 1 were subjected to evaluation of consumer properties. The test results are shown in tables 2-6.

Next, we compared the values of the properties of creams for skin care around the eyes, prepared according to the formulations of the claimed cream and prototype, the results are presented in table 6.

The results of indicators for evaluating consumer properties (skin hydration, surface distribution, ability to leave a residue, whitening effect) of examples 1-4 are shown in tables 2-6.

The table shows that the claimed cream for skin care around the eyes confirms improved consumer properties: moisturizing the skin - 4.8 points, the prototype this figure is 4.6 points; distribution on the surface - 4.8 points, the prototype - 4.4; the ability to leave a residue - 4.8 points, the prototype - 4.6; bleaching effect - 4.8 points, the prototype - 4.6. According to the tables, example 2 is the optimal formulation of the inventive cream for skin care around the eyes.

The achievement of the technical result is proved by comparing the following examples (example 1 - example 3 - the claimed cream for skin care around the eyes, example 4 - cream for the skin around the eyes).

According to the organoleptic and physico-chemical parameters of the claimed cream for the care of the skin around the eyes meets the requirements and standards according to GOST R 52343-2005, shown in table 7.
