The invention relates to the field of design and manufacture of underwear for men, mainly such as underpants, shorts, swimming trunks, including medical underwear. These technical solutions consider various options for the implementation of underwear for men such as underpants containing the front and back, as well as gusset, made with the expansion in the form of a voluminous body to improve physiological and consumer properties.

The advantages and disadvantages of the proposed and analyzed designs noted in the publications confirm the relevance and development trends of this direction in the creation of underwear for men in terms of the need to further increase its physiological and consumer properties, expand the functionality, including the healing potential of such underwear.

However, in this technical solution, as in the aforementioned analogues, the issues and specific examples of implementation of the implementation of volume gussets are insufficiently considered, both in terms of creating their volumetric shape, and in terms of the dependence of their sizes and parameters on the physiological sizes and characteristics of a particular consumer, as well as the relationship of these features with the production technology of specific models.

Disclosure of invention

This invention, as a device, is directed to the further development of the physiological properties of men's underwear such as underpants, the individualization of methods and means of selecting this underwear for each consumer, the manufacturability of production, to improve aesthetic and ergonomic properties, to expand the functionality of such underwear, for example, in terms of accounting sexual demands of partners, to expand the consumer market, to preserve and maintain men's health.

In addition, the proposed method for the manufacture of underpants suggests that in it, with the formation of the volumetric body of the crotch, the length of the control cross section and the length of its central part change linearly depending on the size of the penis or scrotum in a resting state.

Also, the proposed method of manufacturing panties suggests that measuring the length of the penis or scrotum to determine the length of the central part of the gusset can be performed at room temperature by measuring the distance from the base of the penis in its upper part to the extreme lowest point of the penis or scrotum. The specified set of essential features gives the proposed device of underpants and the method of their manufacture a number of additional positive properties and characteristics aimed at achieving the specified technical result, namely: the improvement of their physiological properties is achieved by forming the volumetric space of the gusset, taking into account the specific sizes of the penis and scrotum in men, temperature differentiation between the temperature of the scrotum and the main body temperature; providing the necessary ventilation in the crotch area; compactness of form, comfort and aesthetic appeal of the appearance of cowards are achieved; they provide freedom of movement and allow you to successfully use this model not only in everyday life, but also for practicing active sports, in conditions of extreme activity. The presence of the control section of the gusset determines the simplicity and possibility of individualizing the methods and means of selecting this linen for each specific consumer, as well as the process of mass production of products; This design increases the ergonomic and consumer properties of the proposed underpants, taking into account the above features, as well as the presence of an additional pocket and slot.

From the analysis of the information sources found, it follows that the totality of the indicated features of this design and the method of manufacturing men's underpants is unknown, and the technical result achieved when combined and obtaining these properties are not obvious and do not follow from the prior art, which gives the product a new technical result, meets the requirements according to the criteria of novelty and inventive step. This product is made in industrial designs, which confirms its industrial applicability and the feasibility of patenting.

Thus, in addition to the generally accepted size range for clothing items, the author has proposed an additional size range that determines the parameters of the panties' inguinal zone and the gusset sizes corresponding to it, depending on the length of its control section, the size of the penis in a resting state and / or scrotum.

That is, the gusset design was created on the basis of the gradations of the genital area existing in men, for the standardization of which additional control sizes were introduced, on which the longitudinal length of the gusset (length of the central wedge 12) and the size of its control section depend.

The proposed physiological male underpants are made and used as follows.

Initially, the selection of material for the manufacture of panties, including, for example, knitted fabric, is carried out, then the sizes are determined for the manufacture of patterns of cowards in general and gussets 10 separately, taking into account the fullness of the person, the size of the penis and / or scrotum in a calm state, under normal temperature, according to figure 10. To do this, we propose a version with 9 dimensional gradations that cover the range of the longitudinal length of the crotch in the range from 40 to 56 cm, namely, for example, with sizes 40, 42, 44, 46, 48, 50, 52, 54, 56 cm and accordingly with the total length of the control section, for example, 7.5, 8.5, 9.5, 10.5, 12, 13.5, 15, 16.5, 18 cm, linearly depending on the maximum length of the penis or scrotum from 4 to 15 cm.

In a cut, this can be achieved by the fact that in the length of the central wedge 12 of the crotch 10, an additional dimensional value is taken into account, which is selected in accordance with the individual size of the inguinal zone. In order to standardize the indicated size value for the replication of the product, the applicant proposes to introduce an additional size range, which determines the parameters of the panties' inguinal zone, and a corresponding ruler, which is developed on the basis of medical statistics regarding the size differentiation of men in this zone.

This, in turn, may mean that at the stage of industrial production, this model and other models created on its basis can differentiate not only according to the generally accepted size scale, which is usually taken into account when creating underwear for men, but an additional size, measured as follows: the length of the penis from its base to the lowest point - the end of the head of the penis or the lowest point of the scrotum, depending on what is located below - in a relaxed state at room temperature.

The specified method of industrial production of the product according to the claimed, taking into account the crotch gradations with cut and standardized parameters of the inguinal zone, provides a level of product quality close to individual tailoring in the volume of industrial production.

The selection and wearing of the proposed physiological male underpants is carried out in the usual way, taking into account the proposed size range.

Methods of selection of underpants and dimensional control.
