Abstract
Description
The invention relates to methods for treating natural and waste waters and can be used in water treatment in utilities, hydropower, and in improving the quality of treated wastewater from oil fields and oil refining before being released to surface water bodies.
The purpose of the invention is to reduce the complexity and the number of accumulations of insoluble substances removed from open channels, maintaining the stability of the after-treatment of wastewater in different seasons of the year.
(1).It is known to use aquatic vegetation to retain microorganisms and freely moving hydrobionts, which ensure the improvement of the quality of waste and natural waters in open river channels and canals (1).
The disadvantages of this method are the improvement of water quality in the river: low stability of the purification process (a high degree of improvement in water quality is observed only in the summer months), dying plants give a large amount of insoluble substances, a source of additional pollution, removal of excess plant biomass is rather laborious and possible in the warm season.
The closest to the achieved effect is the method proposed by L.I. Globa and P.I. Gvozdyak with employees and implemented experimentally on the Dnieper and its tributaries (2). In the open channel were placed “wii” of structured fiber, fixed in the stream with the help of piles and ropes. The method provided quick assistance to the watercourses of Kharkov in self-cleaning in the event of an accident at the sewage pumping station.
Not only hydrobionts of the bioconveyor worked on the “vii”, but also algae and even the calamus plant, which significantly improved the quality of water in the open channel of the watercourse.
Unfortunately, the method does not allow stably, for a long time to operate devices placed in the watercourse, since their artificial regeneration is impossible, and natural (from the life of fish, crustaceans, etc.) is unstable. Overgrown and silted to the limit “wii” are simply removed from the watercourse as a source of rotting, which worsens the quality of the water.
The goal is solved by the fact that in the method of biological treatment of waste water in open channels using attached microorganisms, the following significant differences are provided:
- используется для удерживания микроорганизмов волокнистая насадка в виде жестко натянутых в металлических или пластмассовых контейнерах волокнистых ершей, приспособленных к выемке из открытого русла на регенерацию, удаление избыточной биомассы гидробионтов, накопленных отложений и зацепившихся водорослей;- a fiber nozzle is used to hold microorganisms in the form of fiber ruffs rigidly stretched in metal or plastic containers, adapted to be removed from an open channel for regeneration, removal of excess biomass of aquatic organisms, accumulated sediments and entangled algae;
- регенерацию ершей осуществляют в чанах с водой с помощью сжатого воздуха непосредственно на берегу водотока и без высыхания немедленно возвращают на прежнее место, в водоток;- the regeneration of ruffles is carried out in tanks with water using compressed air directly on the banks of the watercourse and without drying immediately return to their original place, in the watercourse;
- загрязненная при регенерации ершей вода в чанах освобождается от примесей путем циркуляции ее после смешивания с флокулянтом через фильтр-пресс, что исключает загрязнение окружающей среды;- contaminated during the regeneration of the ruff water in the vats is freed from impurities by circulating it after mixing with the flocculant through a filter press, which eliminates environmental pollution;
- контейнеры с ершами размещают в открытом русле в виде поперечных потоков завес, размещаемых в русле с шагом, обеспечивающим восстановление за счет реаэрации из атмосферы содержание кислорода в воде водотока.- containers with ruffs are placed in an open channel in the form of transverse flows of curtains placed in the channel with a step that ensures the oxygen content in the water of the water stream due to reaeration from the atmosphere.
Analysis of known technical solutions related to deep water purification methods for open channels showed that technical solutions containing the same set of essential features as the claimed method were not found. This allows us to conclude that the claimed method meets the criterion of "novelty."
Analysis of the identified significant features distinctive from the prototype showed that such and similar features in known technical solutions with manifestations of the same properties were not found, which allows us to conclude that the claimed method meets the criterion of "significant differences".
The claimed combination of essential features makes it possible to obtain a stable result of deep water purification in different seasons of the year, to reduce the laboriousness of removing accumulated sediments, plant biomass and hydrobionts from the channel, and does not provoke the growth of higher aquatic plants siltating the watercourse.
чертеж).The method is illustrated by the flow chart of the organization of biological treatment of water of the watercourse and the regeneration of fiber ruffs with the allocation of deposits in the form of a pasty descent (see drawing).
8.The scheme includes: an open channel 1 of a watercourse, along which a stream of 2 polluted waters moves. In stream 2 along channel 1 are placed, with a certain step, curtains from containers 3 with rigidly fiber ruffs stretched inside. On the bank of the channel 1 of the watercourse there is a car 4 with a mounted crane-beam 5, which has grips for removing the container 3 from the channel 1 and lowering it into a water tank 6. The car has an inventory compressor for pumping tires, with the help of which it is possible to bubble the water in tank 6. From the tank 6, the contaminated water can be fed by a submersible pump for mixing with the flocculant and then to the filter press 7, from the filter press 7 the clarified water is returned to the tank 6, and the dehydrated sludge is stored in the trailer 8.
The proposed scheme works as follows.
Stream 2 of contaminated water, moving along an open channel 1, is saturated with oxygen to the solubility limit at a temperature of water that is established in a particular section of stream 1, since stream 2 contains a very small number of microorganisms. Their concentration is possible if the stream 2 in the channel 1 is blocked by a permeable curtain from containers 3 filled with a fiber nozzle from ruffs tightly stretched inside the frame of the container 3. Hydrophobic polymer fibers of ruffs very quickly overgrow with the biocenosis of microorganisms that use water and organic and mineral polluting impurities character. Gradually, other aquatic organisms begin to develop in ruffs, including carnivores that feed on bacteria and protozoa. With the development of biocenoses, dissolved oxygen from stream 2 during its passage through the curtain from containers 3 is absorbed and to replenish it in water, time and some gap between the curtains are necessary. This step of the curtains depends on the temperature of the water, the thickness of the layer of water in stream 2 and the speed of the water. The length of the channel 1 in the curtains of containers 3 biocenoses of hydrobionts are placed in them with increasing transparency of water. Algae and even aquatic plants begin to appear more and more. In ruffs, as in a filter, foliage from trees and other floating impurities linger.
Gradually, the ruffs in containers 3 become silted up and need to be regenerated, washed from accumulated deposits.
3.A specialized vehicle 4 drives up to the channel 1, provided with a retractable crane-beam 5 with grippers for containers 3.
Having taken out of the channel 1 a silted container 3, a crane crane 5 places it in a tank 6 with water in the back of a car 4. Using an inventory compressor of the car, a bubbling of water is carried out in tank 6, which ensures that the ruff is washed away from deposits.
7.The water in the tank 6 is polluted, so the submersible pump is turned on, pumping the contaminated water through a flocculant mixer and a filter press 7.
6.In the filter press 7, the sediment is retained on the filter belt and, after cutting, is transferred to the trailer 8, and the clarified water is returned to the tank 6.
Car 4 serves the container 3 in the curtains selectively, at least 4 times a year, as they become fouled by deposits.
The stability of the process of water purification is ensured by maintaining in containers 3 curtains of a stable viable biocenosis adapted to utilize the contamination of a particular water stream at different seasons of the year, at different temperatures and contamination of the water stream.
When using the proposed method, manual labor and human contact with water and sediments are practically eliminated. The car is serviced by two people: a driver and an operator, he is a sling operator.
Since higher water vegetation is practically not involved in the process of water purification, the amount of deposits allocated on the curtains and removed from the channel is minimal. Water purification is carried out mainly by hydrobionts, which grow solely due to water pollution, unlike plants that use carbon dioxide and nitrogen in their growth.
