Abstract

FIELD: production of furniture for educational institutes, schools etc. SUBSTANCE: table has wooden table top and two upholstered seats attached to metal carcass with angular member. Carcass has special members disposed on sides and made from pipe cuts of round section composed of three joined arced parts of predetermined radii. Seats have composite backs made from metal pipe with resilient member configured to coincide with lumbar flexure. Table has casing for storing bags and other articles. Casing is disposed in lower parts of carcasses of two tables positioned one beside the other and interconnected. Table top may be made inclined or may be provided with stepped construction for mounting computer. Table top of smaller size for supporting notebooks may be mounted above main table top on vertical pin for rotation about it.
