На первом этапе выигравшими устанавливают все сертификаты, владельцам которых были оказаны транспортные услуги по перевозке на определенный отрезок пути за более длительное время, чем указано в проездных документах или в расписании, при этом размер вознаграждения на первом этапе устанавливают в зависимости от времени опоздания и стоимости сертификата. На втором этапе выбор выигравших сертификатов осуществляют посредством их розыгрыша агентством среди всех сертификатов, владельцы которых не получили вознаграждения на первом этапе, при этом размер вознаграждения на втором этапе устанавливают пропорционально стоимости сертификата и прибыли, полученной от инвестиций средств от продажи сертификатов в высокорентабельное производство. а) пассажир (участник игры) прибыл в пункт назначения с опозданием;

Компания 1 рассчитывает сумму вознаграждения на каждый выигравший сертификат, которая устанавливается пропорционально стоимости сертификата и величине лотерейного фонда на дату розыгрыша. Лотерейный фонд создается прибылью, полученной производством на инвестируемые средства за установленный период времени. Далее центр выплат 4 переводит вознаграждения на счета участников (Y1, Y2,...Yn), сертификаты которых выиграли в лотерее, а сами сертификаты изымаются или погашаются.
