Способ лечения угревой болезни, заключающийся в том, что в стерильную тиогликолевую среду проводят посев суспензии B. bifidum №1, приготовленной из препарата «Бифидумбактерин» в соотношении 100:1, затем посевы инкубируют при (37±1)°С в течение 48 ч, полученной бульонной культурой бифидобактерий пропитывают стерильную марлевую салфетку, которую накладывают на пораженные участки кожи на 30 мин, процедура повторяется 2 раза в сутки.2. Средство для лечения угревой болезни содержит микрогранулированный хитозан, отличающееся тем, что вместо ионов серебра содержит интактные клетки и экзометаболиты бифидобактерий при следующем количественном содержании в ней компонентов, мас. %:1.
