Abstract
1. Способ извлечения продукта на основе керогена из погребенной сланцевой формации, содержащей погребенный сланец, включающий следующие стадии:доставку окислителя к керогену в погребенном сланце;контактирование керогена в погребенном сланце с окислителем при температуре в интервале от 0°C до 200°C, чтобы образовать органические кислоты; ипридание подвижности по меньшей мере части органических кислот из погребенной сланцевой формации, чтобы получить первый подвижный продукт на основе керогена.2. Способ по п. 1, в котором окислитель подают к керогену в погребенном сланце в реакционной текучей среде, и в котором данная реакционная текучая среда содержит окислитель в интервале от 0,1 мас.% до 40 мас.% и имеет pH в интервале от 7 до 9.3. Способ по п. 1, в котором окислитель подают к керогену в погребенном сланце в текучей среде в погребенной сланцевой формации, чтобы образовать пластовую текучую среду, и в котором пластовая текучая среда содержит от 0,1 мас.% до 40 мас.% окислителя и имеет pH в интервале от 7 до 14.4. Claims (17)
1. Способ извлечения продукта на основе керогена из погребенной сланцевой формации, содержащей погребенный сланец, включающий следующие стадии:
доставку окислителя к керогену в погребенном сланце;
контактирование керогена в погребенном сланце с окислителем при температуре в интервале от 0°C до 200°C, чтобы образовать органические кислоты; и
придание подвижности по меньшей мере части органических кислот из погребенной сланцевой формации, чтобы получить первый подвижный продукт на основе керогена.
2. Способ по п. 1, в котором окислитель подают к керогену в погребенном сланце в реакционной текучей среде, и в котором данная реакционная текучая среда содержит окислитель в интервале от 0,1 мас.% до 40 мас.% и имеет pH в интервале от 7 до 9.
3. Способ по п. 1, в котором окислитель подают к керогену в погребенном сланце в текучей среде в погребенной сланцевой формации, чтобы образовать пластовую текучую среду, и в котором пластовая текучая среда содержит от 0,1 мас.% до 40 мас.% окислителя и имеет pH в интервале от 7 до 14.
4. Способ по п. 1, в котором окислитель подают к керогену в погребенном сланце в текучей среде-носителе, выбранной из: водной текучей среды, этанольной текучей среды или их комбинаций, и в котором текучая среда-носитель содержит окислитель в интервале от 0,1 мас.% до 40 мас.%, и в котором текучая среда-носитель имеет pH в интервале от 7 до 14 или от 1,5 до 6,5.
5. Способ по п. 1, в котором по меньшей мере часть органических кислот делается подвижной при pH в интервале от 7 до 14 и в присутствии щелочного материала, выбранного из группы, состоящей из карбоната, бикарбоната, оксида и гидроксида.
6. Способ по п. 1, в котором первый подвижный продукт на основе керогена содержит C35- органические кислоты и C35+ органические кислоты.
7. Способ по п. 1, в котором окислитель выбирают из группы, состоящей из: оксона, оксона в сочетании с одним или несколькими катализаторами на основе порфирина марганца, перуксусной кислоты, пероксида водорода, реагента Фентона, пероксида бензоила, перманганатного окислителя и их смесей.
8. Способ по любому из пп.1-7, дополнительно включающий:
обработку первого подвижного продукта на основе керогена, чтобы предоставить поток продукта, содержащего C12 и более высокие органические кислоты, и текучую среду, обедненную органическими кислотами, содержащую C2-C10 органические кислоты;
отделение текучей среды, обедненной органическими кислотами, содержащей C2-C10 органические кислоты, в качестве рециркулируемой текучей среды;
рециркулирование рециркулируемой текучей среды к погребенной сланцевой формации и придание подвижности по меньшей мере части органических кислот в качестве реакционных продуктов в виде органических кислот, чтобы получить подвижный продукт на основе керогена.
9. Способ по любому из пп.1-7, дополнительно включающий:
обработку первого подвижного продукта на основе керогена, чтобы предоставить поток продукта, содержащего C12 и более высокие органические кислоты, и текучую среду, обедненную органическими кислотами, содержащую C2-C10 органические кислоты;
объединение текучей среды, обедненной органическими кислотами, содержащей C2-C10 органические кислоты, с окислителем, чтобы предоставить рециркулируемую текучую среду;
рециркулирование рециркулируемой текучей среды к погребенной сланцевой формации и контактирование керогена в погребенной сланцевой формации с окислителем в рециркулируемой текучей среде.
10. Способ по любому из пп.1-7, дополнительно включающий:
обработку первого подвижного продукта на основе керогена, чтобы предоставить поток продукта, содержащего C12 и более высокие органические кислоты, и текучую среду, обедненную органическими кислотами, содержащую C2-C10 органические кислоты; и
рециркулирование текучей среды, обедненной органическими кислотами, к погребенной сланцевой формации.
11. Способ по п.10, дополнительно включающий:
разделение текучей среды, обедненной органическими кислотами, на две части, первую часть и вторую часть;
добавление окислителя к первой части и рециркулирование к погребенной сланцевой формации; и
добавление щелочного материала ко второй части и рециркулирование к погребенной сланцевой формации.
12. Способ по любому из пп.1-7, дополнительно включающий:
отделение C35+ органических кислот и C35- органических кислот от первого подвижного продукта на основе керогена;
крекинг C35+ органических кислот на первой стадии крекинга, чтобы образовать первый C35- углеводородный продукт и непрореагировавшие C35+ органические кислоты;
обработку первого C35- углеводородного продукта в процессе, выбранном из группы, состоящей из гидропроцессинга, гидрогенизации, насыщения, гидроочистки, гидрокрекинга, изомеризации, флюид-каталитического крекинга, термического крекинга, эстерификации, олигомеризации, риформинга, алкилирования, денитрификации, десульфуризации и их комбинаций, чтобы образовать второй C35- углеводородный продукт; и
рециркулирование непрореагировавших C35+ органических кислот к первой стадии крекинга.
13. Способ по любому из пп.1-7, дополнительно включающий:
отделение по меньшей мере части органических кислот от первого подвижного продукта на основе керогена.
14. Способ по любому из пп.1-7, дополнительно включающий:
обработку первого подвижного продукта на основе керогена при величине pH в интервале от 7 до 12, чтобы отделить по меньшей мере часть содержащихся в нем органических кислот и извлечь второй подвижный продукт на основе керогена;
обработку второго подвижного продукта на основе керогена при величине pH в интервале от 1,5 до 7, чтобы отделить по меньшей мере часть содержащихся в нем органических кислот и извлечь третий подвижный продукт на основе керогена; и
обработку третьего подвижного продукта на основе керогена, чтобы отделить по меньшей мере часть содержащихся в нем органических кислот, и извлечение водной текучей среды, обедненной органическими кислотами.
15. Способ по любому из пп.1-7, в котором по меньшей мере 50 мас.% органических кислот в первом подвижном продукте на основе керогена находятся в интервале C35+.
16. Способ по любому из пп.1-7, в котором по меньшей мере 20 мас.% C35+ органических кислот в первом подвижном продукте на основе керогена имеют число молекулярной массы более чем 1000 дальтонов.
17. Способ увеличения ценности продукта на основе керогена из погребенной сланцевой формации, содержащей погребенный сланец, включающий следующие стадии:
доставку окислителя к керогену в погребенном сланце при температуре в интервале от 0°C до 200°C и извлечение из него подвижного продукта на основе керогена, содержащего органические кислоты;
отделение по меньшей мере части органических кислот от подвижного продукта на основе керогена; и
рафинирование отделенных органических кислот.
