Abstract
Способ диагностики функциональной межполушарной асимметрии у правшей и левшей, включающий определение индивидуального профиля латеральной организации (ПЛО), оценку характера моторных асимметрий - определение степени правшества-левшества по доминированию руки и ноги, а также сенсорных асимметрий - определение ведущего глаза и уха, отличающийся тем, что с целью определения функциональной межполушарной асимметрии используют амплитудно-частотный анализ мю-ритма, в котором коэффициент амплитудной асимметрии рассчитывают по формуле: КАА=(R (Nmax-Nmin)л-R (Nmax-Nmin)п)/(R (Nmax-Nmin)л+R (Nmax-Nmin) п)×100%, где КАА - коэффициент амплитудной асимметрии, R=N max-N min - разность между максимальной (N max) и минимальной (N min) точками внутри интервала в центральных отведениях за 3 с, л - левое, п - правое полушарие; и коэффициент частотной асимметрии рассчитывают по формуле: КЧА=(R (Nmax-Nmin)л-R (Nmax-Nmin) п)/(R (Nmax-Nmin) л+R (Nmax-Nmin)п)×100%, где КЧА - коэффициент частотной асимметрии, R=Nmax-Nmin - разность между максимальной (Nmax) и минимальной (Nmin) точками внутри интервала в центральных отведениях за 3 с; л - левое, п - правое полушарие; измеряемый с помощью электроэнцефалограммы (ЭЭГ) в состоянии пассивного-активного бодрствования с функциональными пробами (глаза открыты - глаза закрыты, ритмическая фотостимуляция (РФС) и гипервентиляция (ГВ)); для определения биоэлектрического фокуса доминирования мю-ритма по полушариям дополнительно проводят сенсомоторную пробу по схеме: «Закрыть глаза - сжать правую руку - открыть глаза - затем разжать руку», «Закрыть глаза - сжать левую руку - открыть глаза - затем разжать руку».A method for diagnosing functional interhemispheric asymmetry in right-handed and left-handed people, including determining the individual profile of the lateral organization (PLO), assessing the nature of motor asymmetries - determining the degree of right-handedness-left-handedness by the dominance of the hand and foot, as well as sensory asymmetries - determining the leading eye and ear, characterized in that that in order to determine the functional interhemispheric asymmetry, amplitude-frequency analysis of the mu-rhythm is used, in which the coefficient of amplitude asymmetry is calculated by the formula: KAA \u003d (R (Nmax-Nmin) l-R (Nmax-Nmin) p) / (R (Nmax- Nmin) l + R (Nmax-Nmin) n) × 100%, where KAA is the coefficient of amplitude asymmetry, R=N max-N min is the difference between the maximum (N max) and minimum (N min) points within the interval in the central leads for 3 s, l - left, n - right hemisphere; and the frequency asymmetry coefficient is calculated by the formula: CFA \u003d (R (Nmax-Nmin) l-R (Nmax-Nmin) p) / (R (Nmax-Nmin) l + R (Nmax-Nmin) p) × 100%, where CFA - coefficient of frequency asymmetry, R=Nmax-Nmin - difference between the maximum (Nmax) and minimum (Nmin) points within the interval in the central leads for 3 s; l - left, n - right hemisphere; measured using an electroencephalogram (EEG) in a state of passive-active wakefulness with functional tests (eyes open - eyes closed, rhythmic photostimulation (RFS) and hyperventilation (HV)); to determine the bioelectric focus of mu-rhythm dominance in the hemispheres, an additional sensorimotor test is performed according to the scheme: “Close eyes - squeeze the right hand - open the eyes - then open the hand”, “Close the eyes - squeeze the left hand - open the eyes - then open the hand”.
