Вспомогательный фильтровальный материал, применяемый при фильтрации и/или стабилизации напитков, содержащих белки и/или полифенолы, и состоящий из микрокристаллической целлюлозы и из одного или более сорбентов белков и/или из одного или более сорбентов полифенолов. ! 2. Материал по п.1, в котором сорбентом полифенолов является сшитый полимер или сополимер N-виниллактама и предпочтительно сшитый поливинилпирролидон. ! 3. Материал по п.1, в котором сорбентом белков, является кремнезем в различных формах или производные кремнезема и предпочтительно производные кремниевой кислоты: золь (силиказоль), гидрогель (силикагель), ксерогель или обработанные кислотой силикаты щелочеземельных металлов. ! 4. Материал по п.1, в котором содержание каждого компонента составляет не менее 1 мас.% и предпочтительно не менее 5 мас.%. ! 5.
