Abstract
1. Вспомогательный фильтровальный материал, применяемый при фильтрации и/или стабилизации напитков, содержащих белки и/или полифенолы, и состоящий из микрокристаллической целлюлозы и из одного или более сорбентов белков и/или из одного или более сорбентов полифенолов. ! 2. Материал по п.1, в котором сорбентом полифенолов является сшитый полимер или сополимер N-виниллактама и предпочтительно сшитый поливинилпирролидон. ! 3. Материал по п.1, в котором сорбентом белков, является кремнезем в различных формах или производные кремнезема и предпочтительно производные кремниевой кислоты: золь (силиказоль), гидрогель (силикагель), ксерогель или обработанные кислотой силикаты щелочеземельных металлов. ! 4. Материал по п.1, в котором содержание каждого компонента составляет не менее 1 мас.% и предпочтительно не менее 5 мас.%. ! 5. Материал по п.1, в котором средний размер частиц каждого компонента находится в пределах от 1 до 500 мкм и предпочтительно в пределах от 10 до 100 мкм. ! 6. Материал по п.1 в виде гранул. ! 7. Материал по п.1, где термин напитки означает жидкости пищевого или медицинского назначения, получаемые из растительного сырья вывариванием, отжимом, экстракцией, сбраживанием и подобными методами, причем к данным жидкостям в основном относятся настои, экстракты, соки, вина и слабоалкогольные напитки, в особенности пиво и ему подобные продукты. ! 8. Способ изготовления материала по п.1, заключающийся в смешении его компонентов в воде или в водосодержащей жидкости (напитке) при высоком сдвиговом воздействии, причем содержание сухих компонентов в смеси составляет от 1 до 75% и предпочтительно от 10 до 40 мас.%. ! 9.
