Abstract

Настоящая полезная модель относится к таре, упаковкам, предназначенным для хранения, транспортировки, употребления жидких пищевых продуктов, для использования в качестве одноразового контейнера при реализации потребителям жидких пищевых продуктов. Эластичный контейнер содержит емкость, образованную двумя стенками из гибкого материала, соединенными по периферии, в верхней части емкости выполнено два отверстия для подвешивания, трубочку, веревку, концы которой размещены в отверстиях, при этом емкость заполнена жидкостью, а соединение стенок выполнено в виде проклейки термоспособом. Проклейка по трем линиям происходит на заводе-изготовителе, а проклейка по четвертой линии происходит вручную прибором для спаивания после наполнения жидкостью. Из существующего уровня техники известен контейнер (RU 2277062, опубл. 27.05.2006), содержащий камеру, ограниченную гибкими стенками, объем которой зависит от относительного положения стенок, гибкое проходное средство, образующее соединение между указанной камерой и окружающей средой. Проходное средство может приводиться в открытое состояние и в закрытое состояние. Камера содержит нижнюю область, в которой в основном собирается жидкое содержимое, когда контейнер принимает вертикальное положение. Указанные стенки под воздействием указанного содержимого, собравшегося в указанной нижней области, способны принимать относительное положение, способствующее увеличению объема камеры, которому противодействует давление, создаваемое в камере. Проходное средство способно приводиться в указанное закрытое состояние в ответ на отрицательное давление, созданное в камере, и продолжается от камеры под углом к продольной оси контейнера. Недостатками данного технического решения является то, что он может использоваться лишь для временного хранения жидких продуктов при отсутствии возможности применять для ее употребления. This technical solution cannot be applied, for example, in the bar industry (in particular, when selling drinks to consumers), since its design is not intended for the use of liquids, and is also not aesthetic for these purposes.
