Abstract
Przedmiotem zgłoszenia przedstawionym na rysunku jest element zabezpieczający do dokumentów identyfikacyjnych w szczególności dokumentów tożsamości, zawierający twarde podłoże podatne na znakowanie laserowe, obejmujący: pierwszą cechę zabezpieczającą elementu zabezpieczającego naniesioną metodą znakowania laserowego na twarde podłoże; drugą cechę zabezpieczającą elementu zabezpieczającego naniesioną metodą znakowania laserowego na twarde podłoże, przy czym pierwsza cecha zabezpieczająca stanowi indywidualizujące dokument identyfikacyjny, niosące informację zabezpieczenie tekstowe, a druga cecha zabezpieczająca stanowi indywidualizujące dokument identyfikacyjny, niosące informację zabezpieczenie w postaci obrazu, w którym pierwsza cecha zabezpieczająca obejmuje układ wielu takich samych obrazów stanowiących drugą cechę zabezpieczającą, korzystnie obrazów na poziomie mikrostruktury, gdzie każdy z obrazów odpowiada pojedynczemu punktowi tworzącemu wraz z pozostałymi punktami układu postrzegalne globalnie, niosące informację zabezpieczenie tekstowe i gdzie co najmniej pierwsza cecha zabezpieczająca jest postrzegalna nieuzbrojonym okiem. Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest również dokument zawierający taki element zabezpieczający.The subject of the application shown in the drawing is a security element for identification documents, in particular identity documents, containing a hard substrate susceptible to laser marking, including: the first security feature of the security element applied by laser marking on the hard substrate; a second security feature of the security element applied by laser marking on a hard substrate, the first security feature being an individualizing identification document, information-bearing text security feature, and the second security feature being an individualizing identification document, carrying information in the form of an image, wherein the first security feature includes an arrangement of many of the same images constituting a second security feature, preferably images at the microstructure level, where each image corresponds to a single point forming, together with the remaining points of the system, a globally perceptible, information-bearing textual security feature and where at least the first security feature is perceptible to the naked eye. The subject of the application is also a document containing such a security element.
