Abstract

Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest urządzenie medyczne do przezskórnych zabiegów medycznych, zawierające część cewnikową oraz uchwyt zaopatrzony w obrotową część proksymalną, charakteryzuje się tym, że część cewnikowa (2) jest zaopatrzona w zespół rurki wewnętrznej (3) zamocowany współosiowo wewnątrz korpusu (11) części proksymalnej uchwytu (10) i wyprowadzony poprzez część środkową uchwytu (9) i część dystalną uchwytu (8) ku dystalnemu końcowi części cewnikowej (2), przy czym w obrębie korpusu (11) znajduje się układ sterowanego obracania, względem osi wzdłużnej a-a urządzenia, korpusu (11) wraz z zespołem rurki wewnętrznej (3) obejmujący: umieszczoną w wewnętrznej przestrzeni korpusu (11), osadzoną suwliwie, za pośrednictwem rurki przesuwu wzdłużnego, na zespole rurki wewnętrznej (3), prostopadle do wzdłużnej osi a-a urządzenia, tarczę blokady obrotu zaopatrzoną na płaszczyźnie proksymalnej w ustawione promieniście występy, przy czym tarcza blokady obrotu wraz z rurką przesuwu wzdłużnego, na której jest zamocowana, wykazuje tylko jeden wzdłużny, stopień swobody ruchu; umieszczony wewnątrz korpusu (11), równolegle do tarczy blokady obrotu element przyjmujący wspomnianą tarczę blokady obrotu, przy czym element przyjmujący od strony przyjmującej tarczę blokady obrotu jest wyposażony w powierzchnię kształtowo dopasowaną do występów tarczy blokady obrotu; oraz umieszczony w przestrzeni wewnętrznej korpusu (11), co najmniej jeden sprężysty element, który ma pierwsze położenie, spoczynkowe, blokujące ruch obrotowy elementu przyjmującego wraz z całym korpusem (11) oraz drugie położenie, sprężone, odblokowujące ruch obrotowy elementu przyjmującego wraz z całym korpusem (11).The subject of the application is a medical device for percutaneous medical procedures, comprising a catheter part and a handle provided with a rotatable proximal part, characterized in that the catheter part (2) is provided with an internal tube assembly (3) mounted coaxially inside the body (11) of the proximal part of the handle (10) and led out through the central part of the handle (9) and the distal part of the handle (8) to the distal end of the catheter part (2), wherein within the body (11) there is a controlled rotation system, relative to the longitudinal axis a-a of the device, the body ( 11) together with the inner tube assembly (3), including: a rotation locking disc located in the internal space of the body (11), slidably mounted on the inner tube assembly (3), via the longitudinal shift tube (3), perpendicular to the longitudinal axis a-a of the device, equipped with in the proximal plane with radially arranged projections, wherein the rotation lock disc, together with the longitudinal feed tube on which it is mounted, has only one longitudinal degree of freedom of movement; an element receiving said rotation lock disc located inside the body (11), parallel to the rotation lock disc, wherein the receiving element on the side receiving the rotation lock disc is equipped with a surface shape-fitting to the protrusions of the rotation lock disc; and placed in the internal space of the body (11), at least one elastic element which has a first position, resting, blocking the rotational movement of the receiving element together with the entire body (11) and a second position, compressed, unlocking the rotational movement of the receiving element together with the entire body (11).
