Abstract
Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest elektroniczny licznik cykli, służący do zliczania zarówno liczby cykli pracy ruchomych części maszyn i urządzeń, charakteryzujący się tym, że stanowi go obudowa górna i obudowa dolna (2), w której umieszczony jest przycisk cykli licznika (18) oraz przycisk demontażu oraz moduł układu elektronicznego (25) zasilany baterią, przy czym moduł ten stanowi: układ scalony mikroprocesora zawierający program liczenia impulsów z pamięcią FRAM połączony zwrotnie z wewnętrznym wbudowanym modułem komunikacji radiowej (29) oraz moduł komunikacji zbliżeniowej typu NFC (28) służącego do konfiguracji licznika cykli poprzez aplikację zainstalowaną w bezprzewodowym urządzeniu zewnętrznym z modułem NFC, zaś do wyjść mikroprocesora podłączony jest wyświetlacz LCD (30), a do wejścia tego mikroprocesora podłączone są jedno-biegunowy dwu-pozycyjny przełącznik elektryczny (21) z przyciskiem oraz jedno-biegunowy dwu-pozycyjny przełącznik elektryczny z przyciskiem współpracujące odpowiednio z licznikiem cykli (18) i przyciskiem demontażu, a ponadto mikroprocesor wyposażony jest we wbudowane w nim: czujnik temperatury i czujnik napięcia baterii.The subject of the notification is an electronic cycle counter, used to count both the number of working cycles of moving parts of machines and devices, characterized in that it is the upper housing and the lower housing (2), in which the cycle cycles button (18) and the disassembly button are located and electronic module (25) battery powered, the module being: a microprocessor integrated circuit containing a pulse counting program with FRAM memory connected back to the internal built-in radio communication module (29) and an NFC proximity communication module (28) for configuring the cycle counter through the application installed in the wireless external device with the NFC module, and the LCD display is connected to the microprocessor outputs (30), and the input of this microprocessor is connected to a one-pole two-position electric switch (21) with a button and one-pole two-position pour electric disappearance with the button cooperating with the cycle counter (18) and the disassembly button respectively, and the microprocessor is equipped with a built-in temperature sensor and battery voltage sensor.
