Abstract
Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest sposób otrzymywania cienkich powłok kompozytowych, zawierających napełniacz węglowy, charakteryzuje się tym, że powłoki otrzymuje się za pomocą metody fizycznego osadzania z fazy gazozolu z wykorzystaniem pulsacyjnej ablacji wiązką elektronową (metody PED), w której jako źródło materiału powłokowego stosuje się polimerowo-węglowy kompozyt zawierający napełniacz węglowy w ilości do 30%. Jako osnowę polimerowo-węglowego kompozytu stosuje się termoplast olefinowy lub poliestrowy lub poliamidowy, zaś jako napełniacz węglowy stosuje się jednościenne lub wielkościenne nanorurki węglowe i/lub nanowłókna węglowe i/lub sadzę i/lub grafen i/lub grafit.The subject of the application is a method for obtaining thin composite coatings containing carbonaceous filler, characterized by the fact that the coatings are obtained by the method of physical deposition from a gasozole phase using pulsed electron beam ablation (PED methods), in which a polymeric material is used as the source of the coating material carbon composite containing up to 30% carbon filler. As the matrix of the polymer-carbon composite, an olefin or polyester or polyamide thermoplastic is used, and as a carbon filler, single-wall or large-wall carbon nanotubes and / or carbon nanofibers and / or carbon black and / or graphene and / or graphite are used.
