SUCH VIBRABLE ELEMENT IS VIBRATED AT A FREQUENCY IN THE RANGE OF 1000 khz TO 180000 khz. SAID END HAS A PROXIMAL END AND ONE DISTAL. SUCH DISTAL END IS PLACED NEAR THE OPENING AND HAS AN END MEMBER, WHICH IS VERTICALLY SEPARATED FROM THE CHAMBER BY A DISTANCE IN THE RANGE OF 0.01 mm TO 10 mm. SUCH MEMBER IS TRANSFERRED ALONG THE OPENING AT A SPEED OF 100 cm / s. SUCH ACTION FURTHER INCLUDES LEVELING THE DUST PERIODICALLY THROUGH THE PLACEMENT OF AN OUTSTANDING MEMBER ON THE VIBRABLE ELEMENT; AND B) CAPTURE A PORTION OF THE FINE POWDER WITHIN A REMOVABLE CHAMBER NEAR THE OPENING, WHERE SUCH POWDER IS DECOMPACTED SO IT CAN BE DISPERSED WHEN REMOVED FROM THE CHAMBER. SUCH ACTION FURTHER COMPRISES DRAGING AIR THROUGH THE CHAMBER POSITIONED BELOW THE OPENING TO ENTER THE POWDER INTO THE CHAMBER AND EXPELER SUCH POWDER THROUGH A COMPRESSED GAS TO A RECEPTACLE
