A CONCATENATED MULTIDIMENSIONAL SIGNAL MODULATING TRANSMITTER (100) AND RECEIVER (200) SYSTEM IS PROVIDED WHEREIN THE MULTIDIMENSIONAL SIGNAL MODULATING TRANSMITTER SYSTEM (100) INCLUDES AN OUTER QUADRATURE AMPLITUDE MODULATION (QAM) MODULATOR (101), A COMPLEX SIGNAL SPLITTER (103) CONNECTABLE TO THE QAM MODULATOR (101), TWO ORTHOGONALLY SPLIT SIGNALS CONNECTABLE IN PARALLEL TO THE COMPLEX SIGNAL SPLITTER (103), TWO DC-OFFSET UNITS (104, 105) ARE EACH CONNECTABLE TO TWO ORTHOGONALLY SPLIT SIGNALS, TWO INNER DIGITAL MODULATORS (106,107) CONNECTABLE TO TWO DC-OFFSET UNITS (104, 105), WHEREIN THE TWO INNER DIGITAL MODULATORS (106, 107) ARE CONNECTABLE TO A PARALLEL TO SERIAL CONVERTER (108) FOR TRANSMISSION ON A SELECTED FREQUENCY BAND.
