Abstract

The present disclosure refers to a disposable absorbent article of the kind having an adequate system for its waste after use, such as a disposable pant for kids in training time or for incontinent teenagers or adults; articles not having fastening, adhesive nor mechanical laces, which are generally used to keep the disposable absorbent article in an adequate configuration to be thrown away after use. The waste system of the present invent consists in a kind of elastic lace or band placed by the rear waist part of the product, so that once the product is going to be thrown away, it is horizontally or vertically winded and fastened with the elastic lace or band so that it is ready to be thrown away in a compact way and without the risk that the matter contained in it could come out to the exterior causing bad odors and pollution.

Description

ABSORBENT ARTICLE DISPOSABLE WITH SYSTEM TO DISCARD IT BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION The use of disposable pants is becoming more common, either for children of training age, or for adolescents and traveling adults. A large variety of designs of this type of disposable underpants are available in the market, such as those described in U.S. Patent Nos. 4,940,464; 4,938,757; and 4,938,753, all three assigned to Kimberly-Clark Corporation and relating to a type of disposable pant that has elasticized side panels. U.S. Patent No. 5,070,854, assigned to Procter & Gamble, on the other hand, describes a type of trainer brief that joins its side parts by means of an additional element that can be a strip of nonwoven fabric and it is by means of this additional element that the diaper can be opened to be discarded without have to lower it by the legs. On the other hand, Mexican utility models Nos. 623 and 624, from the same transferee as the present one, refer to different types of training pants; the first of them, a trainer pants with the softest waist elastics, and the second a system to open and close the pants again in order to check if it was already used. All these types of disposable pants present the serious problem of not ^^^^^^^^ ga4 ^^ faith «?? ^^^ feag ^^ ^ rf * ^ ¿^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^ * ^^ feí ^^ * ^^^^^^^^^ can be disposed of properly, since, once they are used, either they are lowered by the user's legs, or they are opened by one or both side panels, but there is no way to keep the pants rolled up and closed, causing this once it has been discarded, the shorts are opened exposing exudates to the environment, causing bad odors and contamination. Some attempts have been made to solve this problem; for example, in U.S. Patent No. 5,531,732, to Leigh E. Wood, a system is described in which a mechanical closure tape is placed on each of the side waist areas of the pants, which can serve to adjust the underpants to the wearer during use, and to keep the underpants enroled to dispose of them. This type of system has the disadvantage that the user, especially if it is a child, can easily pull the tapes, sticking them and taking them off, causing some type of damage to the pants or causing it to open on the sides. In U.S. Patent No. 5,575,784, assigned to Procter & Gamble, describes a system for disposing of a disposable pant that consists of placing on the outer layer of the article a tape that can be adhesive or mechanical, which has a more fragile line in the center, so that when detached it can be divided in two. and in this way, with both strips, keep the pants rolled in a suitable configuration to dispose of it. This waste system is complicated, expensive and W j ».» * Difficult to fit during the manufacture of disposable pants. Another type of system for disposing of disposable pants is described in Japanese Patent Application No. 07039561 A, by Sumitomo 3M Ltd. In the system described in this document, a type of trough or lines of weakness is created horizontally in the part of the front waist of the article, so that to discard it, the waist part of the shorts is opened by these lines of weakness, the same is entangled and held by means of the opening. This system has the serious disadvantage that the tuna can be opened during use, causing discomfort to the user and lack of adjustment in the waist. For all the above, it is proposed, by means of the present invention, a system for disposing of disposable briefs, which is inexpensive, that can be easily placed during the manufacture of the shoe, and that does not present any type of inconvenience during use. OBJECTIVES OF THE INVENTION An object of the present invention is to provide an economical and effective system for disposing of a disposable absorbent article that does not have a suitable system for this, such as a disposable absorbent trainer brief. Another object of the invention is that the system for disposing of the disposable absorbent article is easy to apply. A further objective of the invention is that the system »Mm ______ IÉiÍl_3¡iá« -. L.-_- r- J.-A.AifaA, »« a_¿ái_fa_ «4 .-. J.t. . , _ :,. "..-, jsA ...-", --fe ... »-...: ... __¿.m_i;.,. L.Le -_ ..,,. i- ..., L '. ^ ..... ^ .'r :. -jli,. .......,, i '_ »^ .... for disposing the disposable absorbent article is not easily accessible to the user, so as not to affect the operation of the pant during use. BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE DRAWINGS Figure 1 shows a perspective view of a disposable absorbent article, such as a disposable trainer brief, with the disposable system positioned by the rear waist portion thereof. Figure 2 shows a disposable brief rolled up and ready to be discarded. Figure 3 shows an alternative placement of the waste system. Detailed Description of the Invention The following description will be made based on a disposable absorbent pant; however, it can be applied to any other type of disposable absorbent article that does not have a suitable system for disposing of same after use, such as a diaper for incontinent adults, a feminine towel, etc. A disposable absorbent trainer is an item that is worn by children in training period to be able to go to the bathroom by themselves, or by incontinent teens or adults, and that is discarded after use. To discard the pants, it can be lowered by the user's legs or opened by any of its lateral sides. As already mentioned, a problem in this type of articles, is that by not having fastening tapes, either adhesive or mechanical, it is difficult to dispose of it, since even if it is wrapped around itself, there is no way to fasten it in this position and with time will tend to open, exposing the waste that may contain. The present invention provides a solution to this problem by placing, as can be seen in Figure 1, one or more elastic bands (32) in the form of a ball, such as a handle, which is attached to the rear waist portion of the pants, so that to discard it, it rolls itself and is held with this handle or ball. A disposable absorbent pant is constituted, generally, by a permeable upper layer (12), a waterproof lower layer (14), an absorbent matrix (16) placed between the upper and lower layers, elastic at the sides of the absorbent matrix in the crotch parts of the product (18) and waist elastics (20). To form the disposable absorbent brief, the structure described in the middle is folded and the front and rear side parts are joined; this bond can be made by means of adhesive, by thermal or ultrasonic means, as is well known in the art. The resulting disposable absorbent pants are shown in Figure 1. This brief has a front part (22), a back part (24) and a crotch part (26) that joins the front part (22) with the back part ( 24). i- .4, i .-? -? __ > < -a ___ fc-- > , __ * _____ The disposable absorbent brief described is one of the simplest forms of realization that can be found on the market; however, the present invention can be applied to any type of disposable absorbent pants, either with the previous construction or with any type of construction, such as for example an outer frame and an insert comprising the absorbent matrix, anti-drip barriers and an inner layer; a disposable pant with elasticized side panels; with adjustment zones along it, etc. As can be observed in figure 1, the invention consists in placing, on the back waist part of the disposable absorbent pants, one or more elastic bands (32) in the form of a handle or ball, so that, in order to dispose of the shorts, it rolls up on itself and is held with the handle or ball to keep it in that configuration as shown in figure 2. In other embodiments of the invention, the handle or waste ball can be placed in any part of the outer layer of the shorts, either from the front, from the back or from the crotch part of it. Preferably, this handle or ball is covered, during the use of the article, by a protection element that can be a type of siliconized paper, an easy release tape ("reléase" type tape), non-woven fabric, polyethylene, etc. ., which rises or detaches at the time of discarding the | ^? - * H "** ™ ~ * article, to release the handle or ball and use it to hold the rolled item and keep it in this configuration Figure 3 shows an alternative to the waste system of the present invention; place an elastic band (38) below the rear waist portion of the pants and fasten it at the side seams (40) and (42) thereof, this elastic band must be placed at least about 3 cm below the finish of the back waist part (44) of the disposable absorbent panty, to ensure that during use it never comes up and is in contact with the user's skin.To dispose of the shorts, it is rolled up on itself and held by means of this elastic band (38) to keep it in this winding configuration. While the invention has been described in a presently preferred embodiment for it, it is clear that various changes and modifications can be made in the same, such changes and modifications being within the spirit and scope of the invention, as defined in the following claims.
