Abstract

The invention relates to the technological equipment for microwire casting, namely to the casting of microwire in glass insulation.The microwire casting installation includes a high-frequency power generator (1), equipped with an inductor (2) for melting of metal or alloy (5), a mechanism (3) for the positioning of workpiece (4), a mechanism (6) for the positioning of glass tube (7) in the area of inductor (2), a mechanism (8) for receiving the microwire (9) with a frame, equipped with a microwire (9) takeup speed transducer (10), a device (11) for the creation of low pressure inside the glass tube (7) and a microprocessor (12) for the control of technological process for casting of microwire (9). The installation additionally includes blocks (14, 15 and 16) for automatic control of mechanisms (1, 3, 6, 8), converters (20, 21, 22 and 24), a stopwatch (23), amplifiers (25…28), a comparator (29) and a drive (30).
