Abstract

The invention relates to the measurement technology and can be used for casting conductors or semiconductors in glass insulation.The installation for manufacturing of glass-insulated microwire comprises an electromagnetic inductor (1) for melting of a metal hanging (6) and maintenance thereof in melted condition, a metal rotary carcass (2), on which it is reeled the cast-in microwire (3), a glass tube (4), wherein it is introduced the metal hanging (6), a measuring signal source (7) and an operational amplifier (8) with inverting(-) and noninverting (+) inputs. The installation also includes a device (12) for discharge regulation above the metal melt (5), a device (13) for regulating the magnetic field of the inductor (1) and a device (14) for regulating the number of rotations of the carcass (2), the inputs of which are connected to the outputs of a device (15) for controlling the microwire (3) melting regime, a compensating winding (16) with standard microwire, a reference signal source (19) and a signal indicator (20).
