Abstract

The invention relates to the fuel chemical technology, in particular to processes for processing of carboniferous raw material, including of domestic waste, by pyrolysis and gasification of the raw material organic component, and can be applied in the chemical, fuel and power industries.The process for thermochemical processing of carboniferous raw material includes loading of the raw material into a hermetic drying chamber; reloading of the dried raw material into the mine-type reactor; formation in the reactor of a gas-permeable raw material column; initiation of raw material burning in the bottom-most part of the reactor, wherein the raw material consecutively reaches the heating-finish drying, pyrolysis, coking, burning-gasification, cooling zones; establishment of the steam and gas flow through the raw material by feeding the oxygen-containing agent - air and water vapours into the cooling zone; removal from the upper part of the reactor of the processing gaseous and liquid products in the form of product-gas, and from the bottom-most part of the reactor - of the processing solid products; control of the steam-air blast volume and speed and/or the product-gas removal volume and speed, and/or the quantity of the discharged processing solid products, and/or the quantity of the raw material loaded into the reactor for temperature maintenance in the burning zone of 900…1200°C, in the coking zone of 850…950°C, in the pyrolysis zone of 550…600°C and of the product-gas removed from the reactor of 300…350°C. At the same time, when feeding the product-gas from the reactor into the drying chamber the raw material is heated up to the temperature of 200…300°C and the product-gas is removed from the drying chamber at the temperature of 150…200°C.
