Abstract

The invention relates to packaging and holders, particularly compact, cost-effective, environmentally-friendly, which after use can be easily folded into a smaller container-holder. Description

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION The present invention relates to packages and holders for utensils, especially compact, economical, environmentally friendly, which can be easily folded into a smaller package holder.

There are known packages described in EP0952951, "Sealed pack for many articles with carrying handle", EP0952951, "Cardboard packaging handle". The packs are made of cardboard to pack and carry many bottles of drinks.

U.S. Pat. US4938346. This patent describes a soap holder 10 for wall mounting.

Also known is Lithuanian patent no. EN 5592, which relates to packaging and holders for hygiene products, in which the two elements are joined together to form a package that is conveniently affixed to the surface.

The aforementioned packagings and holders have one major drawback with the rather complicated and expensive manufacture 15, which can only be fitted with hygienic packaging of a certain shape and dimension.

The world is developing packaging and holders with new features and designs. It uses eco-friendly materials, such as bamboo, wild reeds and sugar cane, or secondary raw materials in the production process, which save water and electricity, minimize waste and focus production on renewable resources.

The object of the present invention is to provide a three-part sliding pack-holder that easily protects the packaged and stored object without deformation and occupies very little space. Each part would be made of similarly sized sheets, pushed out of the occupied three times larger area, would protect an object of various sizes and uses, would be convenient to pack and hold, would be easily and conveniently slid in and out.

This is achieved by using a special packaging-holder design based on corrugated cardboard tubes pushed into one another or a tray with upper and lower corrugated trays up or down the side surfaces to form a single cut of corrugated cardboard or to maintain corrugation. and folding material, the clip is wound around the objects held in the wave direction and glued to opposite edges, one side of the sheet, the respective side edges of the sheet being joined, forming a removable opposite side sealing liner covering the opening with the opening spaced apart, the integrity of the rhythmically repeating waves;

Such a pack-holder is maximally reliable and tear-resistant.

The base of this packaging-carrier is a rectangular corrugated flexible material, such as corrugated cardboard sheets, the edges of which are glued together. These glued sheets bond to one another on a certain surface for optimal creep, or are disassembled by ejection. At best, the packaging-carrier material is made of two layers of corrugated cardboard.

Tube-based cases are attached to the bottom of the packaging-holder. They consist of tubes that are easy to push into each other and reduce the construction gauge when pushed. Tubes can be of any shape: round, square, trapezoidal, triangular and other shapes.

The first tube with a wavy surface touches the object to be packaged and held, and with the flat surface it contacts the middle tube, which seals with the flat surface, and the tops of the waves with the wavy grooves of the wavy surface of the top tube. However, the first tube may also contact a flat surface on the object to be packaged and held, and a wavy surface on the middle tube which seals with a wavy surface and a smooth surface on the flat surface of the upper tube. FIG. 1, this method of connecting the linings allows them to be pushed parallel to each other.

FIG. As shown in Figure 3, the trays 1-3 can be made in the form of a tile with glue applied at the ends, since it is technically easy to ensure that they are glued together during twisting into a tube. When packed, the pack-holder takes up very little space.

In the extended position, the pack-holder has the dimensions appropriate to the item being packed, both in width and in height. The trays overlap slightly at the junction. The bottom tray has the smallest diameter that matches (or nearly matches) the inside of the packaged and held item, the middle tray is larger, the inside is (or nearly) the bottom diameter of the bottom tray, and the top tray is the largest corresponding to) the diameter of the outside of the middle case.

Even though the sliding pack-holder is very small, its design makes it easy to pack and hold an object three times longer than itself.

FIG. Figure 2 shows the construction (tile) of a drawing instrument, such as pressed carbon, chalk, and the like, showing its sliding trays.

The convenience of this pack-holder is that it takes up very little space when folded, practically only three sheets of corrugated cardboard of the same length and width, or one glued box into which the other two glued boxes slide.

The essential distinguishing feature of the package holder is that it protects the packaged and stored object by being pushed apart in separate parts 5 and, when required, protects against direct contact with the packaged and stored object. Made from organic or recycled material in the production process, it saves water and electricity, minimizes waste and focuses production on renewable resources.
