Abstract

본 발명은 무선중계시스템에서 수신하는 RF(Radio Frequency)신호의 레벨을 조정해 주는 회로에 관한 것으로 특히 업페이딩(upfading)에 의해 발생하는 RF신호의 레벨을 감쇠해줌으로써 비선형 왜곡에 의해 발생하는 잡음레벨이 제거되도록 하는 무선중계시스템에서 RF신호 레벨 조정 회로에 관한 것이다. 즉 본 발명은 무선중계시스템에서 흔히 발생하는 RF신호의 페이딩 현상으로 인하여 믹서가 포화영역에서 동작하게 되는 경우 발생하는 신호 왜곡을 방지하기 위해 6GHz 이상의 대역에서 페이딩된 RF신호가 기준보다 높을 때 핀 다이오드의 직렬저항 값을 줄임으로써 RF신호를 바이패스시키는 장치를 제공함을 목적으로 한다. 이에 따라 무선중계시스템에서 수신하는 RF신호가 페이딩 현상에 의해 신호 왜곡이 발생하였을 경우 자동 이득제어에 의해 신호 레벨을 미세하게 조정할 수 있게 되어 신호 보상이 효과적으로 이루어지게 된다.BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION 1.
