Abstract
본 발명은 써모파일 센서를 이용한 온도 측정장치에 관한 것으로, 종래에는 스텝모터와 같은 검출위치 구동수단을 이용하여 센서를 연속적으로 왕복이동 시키면서 턴테이블이 회전할 때 온도 분포에 대한 열화상중에서 식품을 추출하고 식품의 온도를 측정할 때 스텝모터의 사용은 스텝모터의 장착으로 인해 센싱구조가 복잡해지고 센싱장치의 가격을 상승시키는 요인이 되어 전자레인지에 써모파일형 적외선 센서의 적용이 용이하지 않게되는 문제점과 스텝모터와 같은 구동수단에 의해 센서를 왕복이동시킬 때 센서 자체를 이동하는 구조가 현실적으로 어려운 문제일뿐만 아니라 센서의 움직임에 의한 노이즈가 생기게 되고 결국 센싱오차가 생기게 되는 문제점이 있다. 따라서, 본 발명은 한개의 좁은 시야각을 갖는 써모파일헝 적외선 센서를 고정시키고 센싱영역의 변경을 위하여 움직일 수 있는 평면반사경을 이용하고 평면반사경의 구동수단은 솔레노이드를 사용함으로써 센싱구조가 간단해지고 제작이 용이하도록 한다.BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION 1. The structure of moving the sensor itself when reciprocating the sensor by a driving means such as a step motor and a step motor is not only a difficult problem in reality, but also a noise caused by the movement of the sensor and a sensing error. Therefore, the present invention uses a planar reflector that can move a thermopile infrared sensor having a narrow viewing angle and can be moved to change the sensing area, and the driving means of the planar reflector uses a solenoid, which makes the sensing structure simple and easy to manufacture.
