본 발명은 티브이 시스템의 특정 채널 선국 방지 장치에 관한 것으로, 종래에는 위성 방송, 유선 방송등이 제공되는 다채널 중에서 특정 채널의 선국을 제한할 수 있는 방법이 없으므로 청소년들이 성인용 프로그램과 청소년용 프로그램의 구분없이 무제한적으로 프로그램의 시청이 가능하여 청소년들을 위해한 방송 프로그램으로부터 보호할 수 없는 문제점이 있었다. 이러한 문제점을 해결하기 위하여 본 발명은 채널의 코드와 특정 채널 선국을 위한 패스워드를 저장하여 선국 채널과패스워드를 비교함에 의해 특정 채널의 선국일 경우 정당한 패스워드의 입력이 없으면 특정 채널의 시청을 방지하도록 창안한 것으로, 본 발명은 특정 채널에 대해서는 정당한 패스워드가 입력되어야만 시청할 수 있으므로 다양한 매체가 공존하는 현대에서 특정 채널에 대한 시청을 제한할 수 있다.The present invention relates to a device for preventing channel selection in a TV system.
