a process controller (610) which generates data, address, control signal and controls a memory board; a ST-BUS parallel access board (620) which outputs the control information and the state information, being connected to the process controller (610) with ST-BUS; a trunk interface board (630) which executes the control of gain in the transmission line, loop operation, reference clock generation, frame arrangement and CRC counter, data/sound channel definition, and the HDB-3 coding of AMI; a trunk interface adaptor board (640) which has a pulse transformer which codes the inputted AMI signal into HDB-3 signal and codes the outputted HDB-3 signal into AMI signal; a HDLC controller (670) which executes the interrupt process of the data received from a signaling channel; a dual port RAM (660) which executes the data buffering; a system condition monitoring board (650) which monitors the inside of the board by process signal, being connected with the process controller (610).
