Abstract
본 발명에 따른 인쇄장치는 감광지위로 기화성 염료를 열적 전사하는 인쇄장치는 기화성 염료를 저장하는 염료탱크, 상기 염료 탱크내에 들어 있는 기화염료를 액체화하고 기화된 염료를 전송하는 입구부, 그리고 상기 입구부에 의해 전송된 액체화된 염료를 기화하고, 기화된 염료가 열적으로 상기 감광지로 전사되는 기화부를 포함한다. 이와 같은 방법으로, 열적헤드나 잉크리본을 사용하지 않고 크기와 비용의 절감이 실현되고 전력을 축적할 수 있다. 한편, 인쇄시간이 줄어들고 인쇄종이 크기가 자유롭게 조정된다.
본 발명에 따른 감광지는 감광지 기재와 상기 수용층사이의 광흡수층을 포함한다. 광흡수층은 열효율을 개선시키기 위하여 열을 효과적으로 흡수할 수 있기 때문에, 수용층이 가열되어 고화질의 인쇄화질을 보증한다.

Claims (18)
- 감광지위로 기화성 염료를 열적 전사하는 인쇄장치는 기화성 염료를 저장하는 염료탱크, 상기 염료 탱크내에 들어 있는 기화염료를 액체화하고 기화된 염료를 전송하는 입구부 그리고 상기 입구부에 의해 전송된 액체화된염료를 기화하고, 기화된 염료가 열적으로 상기 감광지로 전사되는 기화부로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 인쇄장치와 감광지.
- 제1항에 있어서, 인쇄장치의 상기 염료탱크내에 들어 있는 기화성 염료가 분말인 것을 특징으로 하는 인쇄장치와 감광지.
- 제1항에 있어서, 인쇄장치의 기화부는 레이저광에 반응하여 발생된 기화열에 의해 상기 입구부에 의해 전송된 액체화된 염료를 기화하는 것을 특징으로 하는 인쇄장치와 감광지.
- 제1항에 있어서, 인쇄장치의 상기 기화부에서 기화열을 발생하기 위해 사용된 레이저광은 균일화된 조사세기 분포를 가지는 레이저광인 것을 특징으로 하는 인쇄장치와 감광지.
- 제1항에 있어서, 인쇄장치의 상기 염료 탱크에서부터 상기 기화부까지의 영역은 50℃∼300℃의 온도로 유지되는 것을 특징으로 하는 인쇄장치와 감광지.
- 제1항에 있어서, 인쇄장치는 입구부는 모세관현상의 장점에 의해 상기 증기화부로 액체화된 염료를 전송하는 것을 특징으로 하는 인쇄장치와 감광지.
- 제l항에 있어서, 인쇄장치의 기화부는 기화된 염료가 구체의 도움으로 확산현상의 이점에 의해 감광지에 축적되도록 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 인쇄장치와 감광지.
- 감광지위로 기화염료를 열적전사하는 인쇄장치는 기화염료를 저장하는 저장부, 상기 저장부로부터 공급된 기화성 염료를 공급하는 공급부, 그리고 상기 공급부에 의해 공급된 기화성 염료를 기화하고 기화된 기화성 염료가 상기 감광지위로 열적으로 전사되는 기화부를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 인쇄장치와 감광지.
- 제8항에 있어서, 인쇄장치의 상기 저장부에 들어있는 기화성 염료는 미립자 기화성 염료이고 상기 기화부로 상기 공급부에 의해 공급되는 기화성 염료가 또한 미립자 기화성 염료인 것을 특징으로 하는 인쇄장치와 감광지.
- 제8항에 있어서, 인쇄장치의 상기 저장부에 들어있는 기화성 염료는 구형체위에 축적되는 기화성 염료이고 상기 기화부로 상기 공급부에 의해 공급되는 기화성 염료가 또한 구형체위에 축적되는 기화성 염료인 것을 특징으로 하는 인쇄장치와 감광지.
- 제8항에 있어서, 인쇄장치의 공급부는 과잉 기화성 염료를 순환하여 전송하는 것을 특징으로 하는 인쇄장치와 감광지.
- 제8항에 있어서, 인쇄장치의 공급부는 과잉 기화성 염료를 구체의 도움으로 순환하여 전송하는 것을 특징으로 하는 인쇄장치와 감광지.
- 제8항에 있어서, 인쇄장치의 공급부는 레이저광에 반응하여 기화열로서 기화성 염료에 열을 더하는 것을 특징으로 하는 인쇄장치와 감광지.
- 제3항에 있어서, 인쇄장치의 상기 기화부에서 기하열을 발생하기 위해 사용된 레이저광은 균일화된 조사세기 분포를 가지는 레이저광인 것을 특징으로 하는 인쇄장치와 감광지.
- 감광지는 광흡수물에 의해 형성된 광흡수층이 상기 감광지 기재와 상기 수용층사이에 설치된 감광지 기재의 상부층으로서 설치된 수용층상에 기화된 기화성 염료가 흡수되는 것을 특징으로 하는 인쇄장치와 감광지.
- 제15항에 있어서, 감광지는 인쇄장치의 광조사소자에 의해 광흡수물 자신의 열적 파괴에 의해 광흡수층의 색채가 백색화되는 것을 특징으로 하는 인쇄장치와 감광지.
- 제15항에 있어서, 감광지는 인쇄장치의 광조사 소자에 의해 백색화물을 그안에 포함하고 광흡수층으로 혼합된 캡슐의 열적 파괴에 의해 광흡수층의 색채가 백색화되는 것을 특징으로 하는 인쇄장치와 감광지.
- 기화성 염료가 감광지 기재의 상부층으로서 설치된 수용층위로 열적 전사되는 인쇄장치는 상기 감광지 기재와 상기 수용층사이에 설치된 광흡수충의 광흡수물의 색채를 백색화하는 광 조사체를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 인쇄장치와 감광지.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
