비트 고정을 위한 영상 압축 부호화 및 복호화 방식은 디지탈 영상기기에 있어서 효율적으로 출력되는 비트량을 고정하기 위해서 일정한 부호화 단위에 대해서 DCT처리를 한 블럭의 DC 계수를 블럭 순서에 따라 부호화하고, 계수는 절대값이 큰 소정재의 픽셀로 배열하여 선택된 픽셀의 위치정보와 데이타값을 코딩하여 전송함으로써 데이타 압축 효율을 개선시킨다.The video compression encoding and decoding method for fixing bits encodes DC coefficients of blocks that have been subjected to DCT processing according to a block order in order to fix an amount of bits efficiently output in a digital video device, and the coefficients are absolute.
