모터 드라이버의 속도 PI출력신호 및 전류궤환 신호를 모터의 과부하 상태를 판단하는 입력으로 사용하고 마이크로 컴퓨터에는 모터의 과부하 보호동작에 필요한 디지탈 데이타로 변환하는 A/D콘버터가 내장됨과 동시에 5ms마다 입력 신호를 인터럽트 할 수 있도록 타이머가 내장되어, 상 전류궤환 신호의 A/D2 입력이 과부하 상한치에 비해 높은 경우 업 카운트 하여 카운터버퍼 값이 상기 카운터의 상한치에 비해 높아 지면 과부하 보호동작을 행하고 상전궤환 신호의 A/D2 입력이 과부하 상한치에 비해 낮을 경우에는 카운터버퍼 값을 판단하여 O가 아닐경우에는 다운 카운트를 하며, 또한 속도 PI 출력이 1초동안 연속적으로 포화상태이면 과부하 보호 동작을 행하는 것을 특징으로 하는 마이크로 컴퓨터를 이용한 모터의 과부하 보호방식.The speed PI output signal and current feedback signal of the motor driver are used as inputs for judging the overload condition of the motor.The microcomputer has a built-in A / D converter that converts the digital data necessary for the overload protection operation of the motor.
