종래의 VCR에 있어서 정지화면의 재생시 화면에 노이즈가 발생하면 다시 정상재생동작을 시행하여 정지시키는 동작을 반복해야하는 불편이 있었는데, 이를 반복동작시킨다 하더라도 노이즈가 없는 부위에는 정지시킬수 없는 문제점이 있었으며, 또한 대부분의 소프트웨어적인 제어방식은 테이프 진행량을 제어하는 제어전압에 따라 이테이프진행량이 모터의 특성과 테이프의 텐션(Tension)에 따라 차이가 나므로 정확한 제어가 불가능하였다. 이에 본 고안은 상기한 문제점을 개선시키기 위해 안출된 것으로써, 정지화면 조절을 위해 외부 정상재생조절용 트래킹노브를 사용한 스위칭 장치와, 장상재생조절용 트래킹노브에 의한 정지화면 조절을 위한 캡스탄 제어신호 조절장치를 사용하여 정지화면 혹은 느린속도의 재생화면을 트래킹 조절하도록 한 것으로, 이하 그의 기술구성을 첨부된 도면에 따라 설명하면 다음과 같다.In the conventional VCR, when noise occurs on the screen during the playback of the still picture, it is inconvenient to repeat the normal playback operation and stop the operation again.
