Claims (9)

  1. 추출기속에 용매와 성분물질로 구성되어 있는 혼합물을, 그 혼합물의 추출압력을 감소시키면서 분리하는 공정에 있어서, 상기 혼합물이 곧바로 해제밸브(relief valve)를 통해 큰 체임버(chamber)속으로 주입되는 것을 특징으로 하는 혼합물의 분리공정.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 혼합물이 가열된 큰 체임버내에서 팽창하는 것을 특징으로 하는 혼합물의 분리공정.
  3. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 증발성의 용매가 상기 해제밸브 근처에서 상기 혼합물에 첨가되는 것을 특징으로 하는 혼합물의 분리공정.
  4. 전항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 혼합물이 용매로 가득찬 큰 체임버 내에서 팽창하는 것을 특징으로 하는 혼합물의 분리공정.
  5. 혼합물을 주입시키는 장치와 분리된 용매를 배출시키는 장치를 장착한 압력용기 껍질을 가지고 상기 청구항에서 언급된 상기 공정을 수행하기 위한 장치에 있어서, 해제밸브가 상기 혼합물을 상기의 큰 압력용기 내에 직접적으로 주입하기 위해 압력용기 껍질내, 바람직하게는 덮개내에 설치되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
  6. 제5항에 있어서, 밸브시이트가 가압된 혼합물용 주입오프닝 위에 직접적으로 부착되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
  7. 제5항 또는 제6항에 있어, 압력용기가 성분물질을 수집하기 위한 용기를 갖추고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
  8. 제5항 내지 제7항에 있어, 가열장치가 수집 용기벽과 압력용기 껍질 내측 사이에 설치되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
  9. 제5항 내지 제8항에 있어서, 수집용기가 해제가 재빠른 죔쇠장치를 가진 밑바닥을 통해 압력용기로부터 제거가능한 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
