회전부재를 단조공정에 의해서 소정형상으로 성형해서 단조품을 얻은후, 상기 단조품의 전단회전밸런스 측정을 행하고, 이단조품의 밸런스 상태가 밸런스 수정가능 범위내의 양품인지 불량품인지 판정하고, 다음에 양품은 각종가공을 실시한후, 최정적 회전밸런스 측정에 의거하여 밸런스 수정가공을 실시하는 한편, 불량품은 사이징 공정에 보내어 교정하고, 재차 상기 전단회전밸런스 측정을 행하는 것을 특징으로 하는 단조품의 제조방법.After the rotating member is molded into a predetermined shape by a forging process to obtain a forged product, the shear rotation balance measurement of the forged product is carried out.
