제 2도는 제 1도에 예시된 장치에 포함된 레이져 다이오드에 의해 비임이 발생되는 레이져 다이오드에 관한 개략적인 사시도이고,
제 3도는 제 1도에 예시된 장치에 포함된 프리즘 수단에 관한 개략도이다.
Claims (11)
- 파장λ을 갖는 방사소스 피치 d인 평행한 격자선들의 패턴을 최소한 하나 가지며 축에 관하여 회전하기 위해서 설치된 방스 홀로곤, 상기 소스로부터 장방형 단연형태를 갖는 평행 비임으로 방사를 형성하여, 미리 결정된 입사각과 홀로곤의 회전축의 방사상인 홀로곤상에 입사하는 비임의 장방형 단면형태의 장축으로서 홀로곤상으로 상기 비임을 향하게 하는 수단, 주사된 비임을 수신하기 위한 표적 장소, 및 표적 장소에서 상기 비임을 휘점으로 접속시키기 위한 홀로곤과 표적 장소 사이의 렌즈 수단을 포함하여, 비임의 단면형태를 변경하여 표적 장소에서 휘점이 선택된 형태와 배향을 갖기 위한 홀로곤과 렌즈 수단 사이에 있는 프리즘 수단, 및 이미징 장소에서 주사선이 실질적으로 직선이 되도록 주사된 비임상에서 프리즘 수단에 의해 부과된 보윙(bowing) 경향과 대략 동일하고 반대가 되는 보우를 홀로곤과 프리즘 수단 사이의 주사된 비임에서 만들기 위해서 선택되는 홀로곤의 방사 파장과 격자 인자 nλ/d (여기서 n은 격자 차수 번호)을 특징으로 하는 방사 휘점의 실질적인 직선주사에 선택된 형태와 배향을 제공하는 주사장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 방사 소스가 가간섭성 광을 발생하는 레이져 다이오드를 특징으로 하는 주사장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 방사 소스가 비 가간섭성 광을 발생하여 상기 소스로부터의 광을 실질적으로 가간섭성 광으로 하는 수단이 제공되는 것을 특징으로 하는 주사장치.
- 제 3항에 있어서, 상기 소스로부터의 광을 실질적으로 가간섭성 광으로 하는 상기 수단이 좁은 밴드 필터, 핀홀, 및 상기 필터에 의해 통과되는 광을 핀홀로 접속시키는 수단을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 주사장치.
- 제 1, 2, 3 또는 제 4항에 있어서, 상기 소스로부터 장방형 단면형태를 갖는 평행 비임으로 광을 형성하는 상기 수단이 평행 렌즈 시스템을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 주사장치.
- 제 1, 2, 3, 또는 제 4항에 있어서, 상기 소스로부터 장방형 단면형태를 갖는 평행 비임으로 광을 형성하는 상기 수단이 애나모픽(ananmorphic)시스템을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 주사장치.
- 제 6항에 있어서, 상기 애나모픽 시스템이 프리즘 수단을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 주사장치.
- 제 7항에 있어서, 상기 애나모픽 시스템에 포함된 상기 프리즘 수단이 출력 비임이 입력 비임에 평행하고 출력 비임이 미리 결정된 장방형 단면형태를 갖도록 배치된 두 개의 프리즘들을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 주사장치.
- 제 1, 2, 3 또는 제 4항에 있어서, 홀로곤에 입사하는 비임 각도와 홀로곤에 의해 회절되는 각도가 실질적으로 동일한 것을 특징으로 하는 주사장치.
- 제 1, 2, 3, 도는 제 4항에 있어서, 홀로곤과 상기 렌즈 수단 사이의 상기 프리즘 수단이 비임이 연속하여 프리즘들을 통과하도록 배치된 두 개의 프리즘들을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 주사장치.
- 제 10항에 있어서, 가간섭성 광의 소스가 830nm 파장에서 방출하여, 홀로곤의 각각의 면에 있는 격자선들의 주파수가 mm당 2162선이며, 홀로곤에서 비임의 입사각과 회절각이 동일하며, 비임이 홀로곤의 회전축과 홀로곤상의 비임 입사지점을 포함하는 평면으로 성분이 없는 홀로곤으로부터의 출력일 때, 입사비임에 대하여 59°14´의 각도록 배치되어 비임이 각각의 프리즘으로 들어가는 제 1면과 비임이 각각의 프리즘으로부터 나오는 제 2면을 갖는 상기 비임과 각각의 상기 두 개의 프리즘들이 만나고, 상기 제 1과 제 2프리즘들의 정점각도가 30°인 것을 특징으로 하는 주사장치.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
