상기 비상방송스트림과정은 가상채널숫자를 유지하고 가상채널이름을 변경하는 PID 변경동작, 자동으로 카운터를 부여하는 Auto CC동작, 기존의 널데이터를지우고 datarate에 맞게 재생성하는 널패킷재생성동작과, 널패킷 및 PID 변경에 타이밍(Timing)을 재 조정하는 PCR리스탬핑동작으로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 비상시 외부저장장치의 영상송출시스템의 제어방법.
