실험은 충북 오창 시험포장에서 실시하였고, 시험약제로는 실시예 3의 닭진드기 방제용 연막조성물을 사용하였다. 실험구 1은 실시예 3의 닭진드기 방제용 연막조성물을 4배 희석하여 처리한 것, 실험구 2는 실시예 3의 닭진드기 방제용 연막조성물을 2배 희석하여 처리한 것, 실험구 3은 실시예 3의 닭진드기 방제용 연막조성물을 원액 그대로 처리한 것이다. 시험약제는 물을 사용하여 희석하였다.The experiment was carried out in a test field in Ochang, North Chungcheong Province, and the smoke screen composition for controlling chicken mites of Example 3 was used as the test agent. 실험결과, 연막조성물을 처리하지 않은 무처리구에서는 평균 6~8마리의 닭진드기가 포집되었고, 연막조성물을 처리한 실험구들에서는 실험구 및 실험회차별 차이는 있었지만 0~2마리의 닭진드기가 포집되었다. 본 발명의 닭진드기 방제용 연막조성물의 희석농도에 따른 닭진드기 방제효과를 확인하기 위하여 실내 실험실에서 농도별로 희석한 약제를 처리하여 닭진드기 방제효과를 경시적으로 조사하였다.In order to confirm the chicken mite control effect according to the diluted concentration of the smoke screen composition for controlling chicken mites of the present invention, the chicken mite control effect was investigated over time by treating the drug diluted by concentration in an indoor laboratory.
