Description
The present invention relates to a cleaner system provided to remove dust inside a dust bin of a cleaner, and more particularly, to an internal flow path for sucking dust in a dust bin of a first cleaner and dust inside a dust bin of a second cleaner It relates to a vacuum cleaner system capable of selectively switching each suction path of an external flow path part to be sucked in.
2. Description of the Related Art In general, a vacuum cleaner is a household appliance that sucks small garbage or dust and fills a dust bin in a product by suctioning air using electricity, and is generally referred to as a vacuum cleaner.
Such a vacuum cleaner may be divided into a manual cleaner in which the user directly moves the cleaner to perform cleaning, and an automatic cleaner in which the user performs cleaning while driving by themselves. Manual vacuum cleaners may be classified into canister-type cleaners, upright cleaners, handy-type cleaners, stick-type cleaners, and the like, depending on the type of cleaner.
In the past, canister-type vacuum cleaners were often used in household cleaners, but recently, a hand-held vacuum cleaner and a stick cleaner, which are convenient to use by providing a dust container and a cleaner body, are increasingly being used.
The canisty type vacuum cleaner is connected to the main body and the suction port by a rubber hose or pipe, and in some cases, it can be used by inserting a brush into the suction port.
The hand-held vacuum cleaner maximizes portability, and although it is light in weight, there may be restrictions on the cleaning area while sitting due to its short length. Therefore, it is used to clean localized places such as on a desk or sofa, or in a car.
The stick vacuum cleaner can be used while standing, so you can clean without bending your back. Therefore, it is advantageous for cleaning while moving a large area. If a hand-held vacuum cleaner cleans a narrow space, the stick-type vacuum cleaner can clean a wider space than that, and can clean a high place that cannot be reached by hand. Recently, a stick cleaner is provided in a module type, and the cleaner type is actively changed and used for various objects.
In addition, recently, a robot cleaner that cleans itself without a user's manipulation is commonly used. The robot vacuum cleaner automatically cleans the area to be cleaned by sucking foreign substances such as dust from the floor while driving in the area to be cleaned.
However, conventional stick cleaners and robot cleaners have a small capacity of a dust bin for storing the collected dust, so it is inconvenient for a user to empty the dust bin every time.
In this regard, as a patent document invented to treat dust collected by a stick cleaner, there is Korean Patent Application Laid-Open No. 10-2020-0074001.
The patent document of No. 10-2020-0074001 discloses a cleaning apparatus including a vacuum cleaner including a dust collector in which foreign substances are collected, and a docking station connected to the dust collector to remove foreign substances collected in the dust collector. In addition, the cleaning device is provided so that the dust collector is docked with the docking station, and the docking station includes a suction device for sucking foreign substances and internal air in the dust collector docked to the docking station. In addition, the cleaning device is configured to include a collecting unit for collecting foreign substances in the docking station.
On the other hand, as a patent document invented to treat dust collected by a robot cleaner, there is US Patent Registration No. 10463215.
Patent Literature No. 10463215 discloses a discharge station including a base for accommodating a robot cleaner and the robot cleaner is accommodated and docked in the base. The exhaust station is also configured to collect dust from the robot cleaner including a canister to receive the filter bag and an air mover to move air into the filter bag.
However, the above patent documents are configured to collect only the dust of any one of the stick cleaner and the robot cleaner. That is, the invention disclosed in the above patent documents is a cleaning device (or discharging station) used exclusively for one type of vacuum cleaner, and there is a problem that it is impossible to collect both the dust inside the dust bin of the stick cleaner and the dust bin of the robot cleaner. have.
On the other hand, even for stick cleaners and robot cleaners with improved user convenience, it is difficult to clean completely with just one cleaner due to limitations and technical problems due to the structural shape, so users purchase both stick and robot cleaners from the beginning. There are many cases in which a vacuum cleaner of another type is additionally purchased.
Therefore, there is a need to develop a system capable of collecting both the dust inside the dust bin of the stick cleaner and the dust bin of the robot cleaner.
In addition, in order to prevent the problem of a decrease in suction power due to the function of collecting dust from the dust bins of two types of vacuum cleaners into one system, the suction flow path and the robot cleaner It is necessary to develop a structure that can switch between the suction passages when the dust inside the dust bin is sucked and collected.
In addition, since it is common for users to purchase and use a stick cleaner first and then additionally purchase a robot cleaner, it is necessary to develop a structure capable of combining the dedicated station for the robot cleaner with the dedicated station for the stick cleaner as a reference.
It is an object of the present invention to provide a cleaner system capable of collecting both the dust inside the dust bin of the first cleaner and the dust bin of the second cleaner.
The present invention also provides a cleaner system capable of selectively switching the respective suction paths of an internal flow path for sucking dust inside a dust box of a first cleaner and an external flow path for sucking dust inside a dust box of a second cleaner for that purpose
In addition, the present invention provides a cleaner system in which a first station provided for sucking dust inside a dust box of a first cleaner and a second station provided for sucking dust inside a dust box of a second cleaner can be detachably coupled to each other. 9 is an enlarged view of the
Referring to FIG. 9 , the
Referring to FIG. 10 , when the
Also, when the
The
For example, the
In a state in which the
The

The

Referring back to FIG. 2 , as described above, the
Meanwhile, as described above, the
12 is a perspective view of the
Before describing the
The
In addition, one side of the second
Hereinafter, the structure of the
12 and 13 , the
The
In addition, the
The
The flow path support
As such, the
Meanwhile, accommodating spaces for accommodating a portion of the external
At least a portion of the external
More specifically, the external
The first external flow path portion may be disposed in the vertical direction in the direction in which the third
One end of the second external flow path part may be connected to the lower end of the first external flow path part, and may be horizontally disposed to communicate with the
Through this configuration, a second suction path through which dust is sucked and moved to the
As described above, the
Hereinafter, with reference to FIGS. 14 to 16 , in the
14 is a view showing the arrangement relationship between the
The
On the other hand, according to the embodiment of the
As described above, through the structure for switching the flow path between the first suction path and the second suction path using the
Hereinafter, a coupling structure of the
FIG. 17 is a view showing the lower end of the
A plurality of housing fastening holes 114 may be provided in the
A plurality of upper body fastening holes 230 may also be provided on the
17 shows the arrangement of the
Meanwhile, while coupling the
Through this configuration and coupling structure, the user may purchase and use only the
As described above, according to the present invention, since the cleaner system includes a first station coupled to the first cleaner and a second station docked with the second cleaner, the inside of the dust container of the first cleaner and the dust container of the second cleaner It can collect all of the dust. Accordingly, convenience is provided that the user does not need to directly remove dust in both the first and second cleaners.
In addition, according to the present invention, a first suction path for sucking dust inside the dust bin of the first cleaner and a second cleaner for sucking dust inside the dust bin of the second cleaner according to the open/closed state of the door, without any parts added to the flow path conversion 2 The suction path can be switched selectively. Accordingly, the manufacturing cost of the vacuum cleaner system can be reduced, and the structure and control of the cleaner system can be simplified.
In addition, according to the present invention, a fastening hole for detachably coupling the lower end of the first station and the upper surface of the second station is provided, so that only the first station is used and the second station can be additionally coupled as needed. User convenience can be improved.
