Abstract

The present invention relates to an emergency reporting system and method for socially disadvantaged people. According to the present invention, the emergency reporting system for socially disadvantaged people includes: a user terminal generating an emergency reporting message by receiving emergency report input through a pre-set method according to set environment information of a socially disadvantaged person and transmitting an emergency reporting message; and a server receiving the emergency reporting message and transmitting a mobilization notification signal.
