상기 전자계약시스템을 통한 계약이 완료되고, 실거래가 또는 확정일자 신고가 종료되면 그에 대한 데이터를 국토교통부 서버의 연계솔루션을 통해 상기 연계시스템 서버의 연계솔루션 측으로 전달하는 단계와;
