Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to an endoscope-integrated biological tissue detachment apparatus, and more particularly, having an end surface of a curved endoscope and having an endoscope integrally, the separation is performed while checking the tissue part through an endoscope inserted during the exfoliation procedure. The present invention relates to an endoscope-integrated biological tissue detachment apparatus configured to be safely detached without damage.
Medically, tissue (tissue) refers to a group of cells in which various types of cells gather to maintain a certain shape and perform a certain function. For example, blood vessels, nerves, vas deferens, fallopian tubes, bones, and adipose tissues are included in the tissues. do.
While the surgery is in progress, certain tissues must be separated from the surrounding tissues to perform certain techniques. The separation of specific tissues from the surrounding tissues is called dissection.
For example, in the case of breast augmentation surgery, a process of exfoliating between the mammary gland and the fascia or between the ribs and the pectoral muscles connected to the ribs is performed to secure a space for inserting the implant.
In order to exfoliate specific tissues, a method of exfoliating by moving up, down, left, and right around a specific tissue using a device such as a surgical calli is used. In this case, the surrounding tissue including blood vessels by the exfoliation apparatus. There was a high problem of this damage.
On the other hand, the Republic of Korea Patent Publication No. 10-0828135 as an embodiment of such a peeling device is disclosed a biological tissue peeler for the endoscope.
As shown in FIG. 1, the main technical configuration of the
However, the prior art peeling device is characterized in that it is configured to access the surgical equipment to the surgical site by opening the living tissue, the end of the endoscope is blocked by the tip of the head portion while confirming the tissue portion while performing the peeling There was a problem that could not be done.
In other words, only the
As described above, the conventional peeling device is peeled while pushing the head part by the sense transmitted to the operator's hand, which may cause a failure to identify blood vessels or nerves close to the tissue to be peeled, thereby damaging the surrounding tissues. There was a problem.
In addition, there was a problem in that it is difficult to perform a smooth peeling procedure because the inside of the head is recessed in a hemispherical shape in which the peeling part is opened.
Further, an optical fiber rail groove is further formed on the inner circumferential surface of the endoscope passage hole to couple the optical fiber in the longitudinal direction.
In addition, the main body further includes a reflecting plate on one side of the endoscope passage hole, and further includes a light emitting power supply unit for transmitting a light source to the reflecting plate.
The head portion further includes a transparent protective plate fitted in the through hole formed in the front end surface.
