Description

[0001] Hair cosmetic composition [0002]

The present invention relates to a cosmetic composition for hair care, and more particularly, to a cosmetic composition for hair care, and more particularly, to a hair care composition for blending a silicone oil with a natural vegetable oil to moisturize and repair damaged hair, To a cosmetic composition.

Hair is damaged by friction, heat, physical cutting, perm, decolorization, dyeing, sunlight and the like. First, hair damage caused by heat is caused by the heat generated by the dryer when drying after hair washing, the water is evaporated and dried, the hair is expanded and deformed, and the black hair is turned into a dark brown color. In addition, bubbles begin to form in the mother cortex and the hair, resulting in loss of elasticity of hair and melting of the hair.

Second, hair damage caused by perm is caused by defective treatment of perm solution, lack of time, and when hair becomes weak, alkali remains in hair, or oxidant remains, it causes keratin protein denaturation and fading of melanin pigment.

Third, oxidative decolorizing effect of melanin pigment due to hydrogen peroxide occurs in addition to alkaline agent as a decolorizing agent. Repeated exposure to decolorant in the short term may cause hair to be damaged by repeated softening of the swelling or twisting of the epidermis.

Finally, the ultraviolet rays and ultraviolet rays of the sunlight damage the hair keratin protein or cause protein denaturation.

Therefore, hair conditioners have been mainly used to prevent or improve such hair damage. Hair conditioners mainly contain long-chain quaternary ammonium compounds and higher fatty alcohols, hydrocarbon oils and silicone oils. The long-chain quaternary ammonium cation surfactant and the high-grade fatty alcohol and the hydrocarbon oil provide hair gloss, moisturizing and softness. The silicone oil is artificially used to reduce the stiffness of the hair due to removal of sebum after shampooing It is used to impart softness and shine to hair by imparting a feeling similar to sebum.

However, in general, thin-walled consumers are reluctant to use hair conditioners because of excessive use of hair conditioner and excessive oil due to excessive degreasing and damage of hair after shampooing, It is true.

In addition, various attempts have been made at various angles to improve the disadvantages of such conventional conditioners.

As one of such attempts, Korean Patent Laid-Open No. 10-2003-0085738 discloses that the damaged hair protecting effect is very excellent by allowing the low molecular weight silk and wool protein to be contained in an amount of 0.5 to 5.0 wt% based on the total weight of the composition have. However, the above-mentioned pre-patent is merely supplying nutrients to the hair, but has no protection and care effect of the hair.

Korean Patent Registration No. 10-1207490 discloses a hair treatment agent containing keratinease obtained from a strain of Bacillus to enable hair to be protected and restored. However, such a registered patent has a disadvantage in that self-care is difficult at home, such as a long processing time of a hair treatment agent and a strong smell.

Accordingly, there is a demand for a cosmetic composition for hair that can be used in a simple manner, has excellent usability, and can improve and maintain the state of hair.

KR 10-2003-0085738 A KR 10-1207490 B1

Accordingly, it is an object of the present invention to provide a cosmetic composition for hair care having excellent usability and non-tackiness using low viscosity silicone oil and natural vegetable oil, and conditioning the hair with moisturizing, gloss, elasticity and the like.

To achieve the above object, the present invention provides a cosmetic composition for hair care comprising silicone oil, natural vegetable oil, phenoxyethanol, and panthenol, wherein the silicone oil is selected from the group consisting of cyclomethicone, And at least one selected from dimethiconol, dimethicone, and cyclopentasiloxane.

The natural vegetable oil may be selected from the group consisting of Argania Spinosa Kernel Oil, Jojoba Oil, Safflower Oil, Palm Oil, Castor Seed Oil, Sunflower Oil, Seed Oil, Sweet Almond Oil, Evening Primrose Oil, Camellia Japonica Seed Oil, Gevuina Avellana Seed Oil, and Hemp seed oil. Or more.

Wherein the silicone oil is a mixture of cyclomethicone or dimethicone, dimethicone and cyclophanthasiloxane, the viscosity is 0.65 cst (25 캜), the natural vegetable oil is selected from the group consisting of Argania Spinosa Kernel Oil, Jojoba Oil, Safflower Oil, Palm Oil, Castor Seed Oil, Sunflower Seed Oil, Sweet Almond Oil, Evening Primrose Oil, Evening Primrose Oil, Camellia Japonica Seed Oil, Hazelnut Avellana Seed Oil and Hemp seed oil.

The composition comprises 1.41 to 2.8 parts by weight of natural vegetable oil, 0.015 to 0.025 part by weight of phenoxyethanol, and 0.05 to 0.15 part by weight of panthenol based on 100 parts by weight of silicone oil.

And a copolymer of 2-methacryloyloxyethylphosphorylcholine and butylmethacrylate as the phospholipid-based polymer.

The phospholipid polymer is prepared by dispersing a mixed solution of a copolymer of 2-methacryloyloxyethylphosphorylcholine and butylmethacrylate, glycine and 1-3-butylene glycol in water And 0.1 to 5 parts by weight based on 100 parts by weight of the silicone oil.

0.001 to 0.003 parts by weight of a perfume component and 0.1 to 0.2 parts by weight of a coloring matter component based on 100 parts by weight of a silicone oil.

The cosmetic composition for hair care according to the present invention has excellent usability and is not tacky and has excellent conditioning effect on hair such as moisturizing, gloss, elasticity and the like.

Thus, it restores damaged hair to healthy hair.

Hereinafter, the present invention will be described in detail.

First, the cosmetic composition for hair care of the present invention is characterized by using a natural vegetable oil together with a silicone oil which has been widely used in the past. In addition, despite such an oil product, the feeling of use is not light and sticky, and it easily permeates into the hair, thereby imparting an excellent conditioning effect to the hair such as moisturizing, glossiness and elasticity. It is also characterized by not using parabens which are harmful to human body as a preservative.

The cosmetic composition for hair care of the present invention includes silicone oil, natural vegetable oil, phenoxyethanol, and panthenol.

First, the silicone oil is a component used to impart softness and luster to hair, and has been widely used. However, such a silicone oil has drawbacks such as poor feeling in use because it is sticky during use. Therefore, in the present invention, silicone oils having a viscosity of 0.65 cst (25 캜) are used to improve the disadvantages of such silicone oils, thereby imparting a feeling of light feeling and improving volatility and stickiness after use.

As the silicone oil used in the present invention, it is preferable to use at least one of cyclomethicone, dimethiconol, dimethicone and cyclopentasiloxane, , Softness, moisturizing, etc., the most preferred form is to use a mixture of dimethicone and cyclophanthasiloxane based on cyclomethicone or dimethicone.

That is, a mixture of cyclomethicone or dimethicone, dimethicone and cyclophanthasiloxane is used, and the preferred mixing ratio thereof is 50 to 70% by weight of cyclomethicone or dimethicone, 15 to 25% by weight of dimethicone, 15 to 25% by weight. In addition, the silicone oil does not use parabens, which are preservatives, to consider the health of the user. Hereinafter, the content of the silicone oil will be described with reference to 100 parts by weight of the silicone oil.

Examples of the natural vegetable oil include Argania Spinosa Kernel Oil, Jojoba Oil, Safflower Oil, Palm Oil, Castor Seed Oil, Sunflower Seed Oil, (Sunflower Seed Oil), Sweet Almond Oil, Evening Primrose Oil, Camellia Japonica Seed Oil, Gevuina Avellana Seed Oil and Hemp seed oil. Use at least one oil. However, in consideration of hair gloss, gloss, elasticity, etc., it is most preferable to use the above-mentioned oils, i.e., mixed oils of all 11 kinds.

The arganic tincture oil, which contains a large amount of various unsaturated fatty acids, gives vitality to damaged hair and is selectively absorbed into the cuticle which is lost due to a feeling of lightness, thereby smooth and softening the hair.

And the jojoba oil is rich in vitamins and minerals to protect the hair, moisturizing, hydration to help the hair to become elastic and shiny.

The safflower oil is rich in essential fatty acids, vitamin E and antioxidants, providing a soft touch and moisturizing effect on the hair.

The palm oil contains a high concentration of vitamin E to help with hair, and it also contains a large amount of vitamin D and K, providing a rich nutrient to the hair.

At this time, the safflower seed oil and palm oil may be added in the form of safflower oil / palm oil aminopropanediol esters, which is a mixture of safflower seed oil and palm oil-derived fatty acid and aminopropanediol It is a mixed ester.

The castor oil has a high affinity to hair, has a role of extracting inflammation and toxicity of the scalp, and has a high moisturizing property.

These sunflower seed oils are rich in essential amino acids, lecithin and arginine, which protects scalp and keratin, and gives hair a lot of moisturizing and nutritional benefits.

The sweet almond oil is rich in unsaturated fatty acids and vitamins, so it has excellent moisturizing properties and improves the dry and keratinized scalp.

The evening primrose oil contains a large amount of linolenic acid, absorbed by skin cells to prevent aging and drying of the scalp, and provides nutrition and vitality.

The camellia oil penetrates well into hair and scalp and softens and smoothes the hair, so it is effective for scalp and hair care. It has an excellent effect on not only moisturizing but also inflammation.

The hazelnut oil contains a large amount of vitamin E, essential fatty acids, minerals and proteins, and has an extremely high content of unsaturated fatty acids, which is excellent for moisturizing. In addition, it is a very light type and lightly and quickly penetrates the skin's epidermis.

The above-mentioned ham-seed oil is an oil containing a large amount of vitamins A, D, E, minerals, omega 3 and omega 6, and contains more essential fatty acids than other vegetable oils to maintain and reinforce the scalp. It replenishes the necessary fat to wrap the hair stem, giving the hair elasticity, shine and health.

That is, the natural vegetable oils as described above are mixed and used together, thereby imparting shine, elasticity, moisturizing, etc. to the hair due to the interaction of the natural oils, thereby regenerating damaged hair as healthy hair.

In addition, the present invention induces light feeling and quick absorption while imparting superior gloss, elasticity, and moisturizing properties to other hair compositions due to the interaction between the natural vegetable oil and low viscosity silicone oil.

In the present invention, the natural vegetable oil is preferably used in an amount of 1.41 to 2.8 parts by weight based on 100 parts by weight of the silicone oil, and most preferably 1 to 1.5 parts by weight of arganic tincture oil, 0.01 to 0.1 parts by weight of jojoba oil, Are used in an amount of 0.05 to 0.15 parts by weight, respectively.

Phenoxyethanol is used as a preservative to enhance the preservability of the cosmetic composition for hair care of the present invention. That is, in the present invention, stable phenoxyethanol which is not parabens harmful to the human body is used as a preservative. The phenoxyethanol is used in an amount of 0.015 to 0.025 part by weight in the composition. If the amount of the phenoxyethanol is too small, the preservability can not be improved. If the amount is too large, the phenoxyethanol may not be economical and the function as a cosmetic composition may be deteriorated due to use of excessive preservative.

In addition, the panthenol used is DL panthenol, which increases the flexibility of the hair, moisturizes the scalp and imparts luster. The panthenol is preferably contained in the composition in an amount of 0.05 to 0.15 parts by weight. If the content of the panthenol is too small, the effect is insignificant and if it is excessive, no further enhanced effect is exhibited.

As described above, the composition for hair care of the present invention having the above-described structure imparts moisturizing, nutritional, elasticity, and shine, as well as light feeling and high volatility so that the hair after use is not sticky to be.

Such compositions may be provided in the form of hair oil alone or in combination with other known hair products to form hair serum, hair lotion, hair cream, hair essence, hair oil, scalp treatment, shampoo, Hair conditioners, hair treatments, styling gels, hair mousses, hair waxes, and hair sprays.

The composition of the present invention may further comprise a phospholipid-based polymer. The phospholipid polymer is effective in supplying moisture and nutrition to the hair and scalp, improving the flexibility of the hair and scalp to soften it, and to smooth and shine the hair. In addition, an excellent antistatic effect is imparted, damaged hair progressing in hydrophilicity on the surface is resurfaced to restore healthy hair, and has anti-fading effect on dyed hair.

As such a phospholipid polymer, in the present invention, a copolymer of 2-methacryloyloxyethylphosphorylcholine and butylmethacrylate such as polyquaternium-51, As shown in FIG.

In addition, in the present invention, in order to lighten the usability of the cosmetic composition for hair care and allow it to be absorbed into the hair more quickly, and to protect the hair from remaining on the surface of the hair even after drying, the above 2-methacryloyloxyethylphosphoryl choline It is more preferable to use an aqueous dispersion in which a copolymer of 2-methacryloyloxyethylphosphorylcholine and butylmethacrylate is mixed with a polyhydric alcohol and dispersed in water. Here, the polyhydric alcohol may be 1,3-butylene glycol (1,3-BG), and may further include glycine (Gly.).

More specifically, 2 to 10% by weight of a copolymer of 2-methacryloyloxyethylphosphorylcholine and butylmethacrylate is added to 1,3-butylene glycol 45 To 49% by weight of glycine and 45 to 49% by weight of glycine are mixed, and the remaining water is added to 15 to 25% by weight of the mixture to be used as an aqueous dispersion. In addition, when the aqueous dispersion is prepared by further mixing 0.2 to 0.3% by weight of a cycloaliphatic type epoxy together with water, the function of the phospholipid polymer in the hair can be further enhanced.

The phospholipid polymer, that is, the aqueous dispersion is preferably used in an amount of 0.1 to 5 parts by weight based on 100 parts by weight of the silicone oil, but the amount thereof is not necessarily limited.

It is needless to say that the cosmetic composition of the present invention may further contain a perfume component and a coloring component.

In particular, when the encapsulated perfume ingredient is used, the flavor is kept longer, so that consumers' preferences can be further increased. Also, the pigment ingredient can use not only a natural pigment but also various kinds of known pigment ingredients. Fragrances and coloring matters can be used. The perfume component and the pigment component may be contained in an amount of 0.001 to 0.003 part by weight of the perfume ingredient and 0.1 to 0.2 part by weight of the pigment ingredient based on 100 parts by weight of the silicone oil.

Hereinafter, the present invention will be described in detail with reference to specific examples.
