Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to an olefin coating method of a car seat sponge, and more particularly, to a olefin coating method of a car seat sponge wherein an olefin is applied to a car seat sponge in an improved spraying manner.
Olefins are aliphatic unsaturated hydrocarbons, generic term for compounds with C = C bonds. It is commonly used as a synonym for alkenes. Olefin is a Latin oleum which means oil, a property made from an affinity that means affinity and made of oil like material. Since polyolefin is rich in raw materials, its production cost is low, it is easy to mold, light, has excellent chemical resistance, electrical insulation and water resistance. However, the heat resistance and the cold resistance are lowered, the property of preventing permeation of gas is lowered, and adhesiveness, dyeability, printability, flame retardancy and the like are not good. Polyolefin-based fibers include polypropylene and polyethylene.
Conventionally, these olefins were coated on a car seat sponge by using a film coating method. That is, an olefin film is placed on a car seat sponge, and a certain heat is applied to melt the olefin film on the surface of the car seat sponge to be bonded.
However, in the conventional olefin coating method, since the olefin material is fused only to the surface of the car seat sponge, the bonding force is weak and the coating portion is easily peeled off from the sponge due to external friction.
In addition, since the film-shaped olefin is required to be fused to the car seat sponge with high heat, the sponge may be damaged due to the high temperature.
It is an object of the present invention to overcome the above-described problems of the prior art and to provide a method of coating olefin of a car seat sponge wherein the adhesion is improved by applying olefin to a car seat sponge by spraying.
Another object of the present invention is to prevent thermal damage to the sponge by applying olefin to the car seat sponge in a spraying manner and to shorten the drying and curing time.
According to an aspect of the present invention, A compounding step of compounding and extruding the coating stock solution; And a spraying step of applying the coating stock solution to a car- sit sponge by a spraying method.
The coating liquid preferably includes an olefin-based polypropylene or polyethylene.
In the compounding step, it is more preferable to mix and extrude the coating stock solution using a vacuum hopper preheated to a specific temperature.
The present invention also provides a method of manufacturing a car seat sponge, comprising: a penetration step of maintaining the car seat sponge sprayed with the coating stock solution at a predetermined specific temperature for a predetermined time to infiltrate the coating stock solution into the car seat sponge; a drying step of drying the car seat sponge; And a casting step of curing the resin.
The casting may be performed by impregnating the sponge with the dissolved coating liquid, followed by curing with an infrared lamp.
In the compounding step, the coating stock solution may be sprayed under conditions of a slab fabric moving speed (FEED 2000) and a spray nozzle (153 mg / min).
According to the olefin coating method of the present invention constructed as described above, olefin is applied to the car seat sponge by spraying to absorb the permeation, thereby improving the adhesive force and preventing the coating portion from being easily peeled off from the sponge due to external friction have.
In addition, since olefin is applied to the car seat sponge by spraying method, heat damage of the sponge can be prevented, and drying and curing time can be shortened because the sponge is dried within a short time after spraying.

FIG. 2 is a conceptual view for explaining a coating process of FIG. 1, and FIG. 3 is a block diagram illustrating a coating process according to an embodiment of the present invention.
As shown in the figure, the olefin coating method of the car seat sponge according to the preferred embodiment of the present invention includes: a supply step (S110) of supplying a coating stock solution; A compounding step (S120) of compounding and extruding the coating stock solution; A spraying step (S130) of spraying the coating stock solution onto the car- sit sponge; A penetration step (S140) of keeping the carcass sponge sprayed with the coating stock solution at a predetermined specific temperature for a predetermined time to infiltrate the coating stock solution into the carcass sponge; A drying step (S150) of drying the car seat sponge; and a casting step (S160) of hardening the car seat sponge.
Hereinafter, an embodiment of the present invention will be described in detail.
First, as a supplying step (S110) for supplying a coating stock solution, a
The olefins include polypropylene and polyethylene, as described above.
Polypropylene is made by polymerizing propylene in a gas that is generated by secondary refining. Polypropylene is one of the four generic resins together with polyethylene, PVC, and polystyrene, and the weight of the thermoplastic resin is 24%. It is also advantageous in terms of cost and environment.
In addition, polyethylene is synthesized using ethylene as a main raw material obtained from petroleum.
The coating stock solution (11) of the present invention uses the olefinic polypropylene or polyethylene in a liquid state.
Next, as the compounding step (S120), the coating stock solution (11) is compounded and extruded.
In the compounding step S120, it is preferable to mix and extrude the
For this purpose, according to a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the compounding step may spray the coating stock solution at a slab fabric moving speed (FEED 2000) and one spray nozzle (153 mg / min).
Next, in the spraying step (S130), the coating stock solution (11) is applied to the car seat sponge (13) by a spraying method.

At this time, in the casting step (S160), the dissolved coating raw solution is impregnated into a sponge, and then exposed for a predetermined time through an infrared lamp heated to a predetermined temperature so that a curing operation is performed.
According to the olefin coating method of the present invention constructed as described above, the olefin is applied to the car seat sponge by spraying to permeate and absorb the oil, so that the coating portion is not easily peeled off from the sponge due to external friction.
In addition, since olefin is applied to the car seat sponge by spraying method, thermal damage of the sponge can be prevented, and drying and curing time can be shortened since the sponge is dried within a short time after spraying, thereby improving productivity of the product.
