Generally, a frequency physical therapy device refers to a therapeutic device that applies a frequency of 1 kHz to 900 kHz through an electrode attached to a body, thereby causing massage effect by repeatedly moving muscles through nerve stimulation of the human body.

According to the conventional technology, various frequency generation modules including a power supply means such as a battery are included so that the user can carry it while carrying it. And is configured to supply the frequency to the electrode through the audio output terminal.

Particularly, when an audio output terminal is used, the audio output terminal is configured to output by using a sound card of a personal computer, and an electric signal, which is a source required for frequency generation, is connected through the Internet and downloaded.

Such a configuration requires a personal computer equipped with a sound card in addition to the electrode pad, which limits the use thereof. In other words, in order to receive the massage through the electrode pad, there is a disadvantage that it is inconvenient to the user because the service can be performed only in a place where the computer is located.

In addition, since the frequency to be transmitted to the electrode is determined according to a predetermined pattern, there is a limitation in the massage pattern that can be selected by the user.

It is to be understood that the invention is not to be limited by any of the details of the description to those skilled in the art from the standpoint of a person skilled in the art that any or all of the drawings shown in the drawings are not necessarily the shape,

1 is a schematic perspective view of a frequency physiotherapy apparatus using a smartphone according to an embodiment of the present invention.

The frequency physiotherapy apparatus 100 includes an operating device 110 for generating currents of various frequencies and a pair of electrodes 120 for transmitting the generated frequency current to the human body.

Here, the actuating device 110 is equipped with various types of electronic equipment for generating currents of various frequencies and supplying them to the electrodes. Further, the electrode 120 is attached and detached to the skin of the human body a plurality of times, and may be a conductive silicone rubber material. Or the electrode can be manufactured using a flexible printed circuit board as in the conventional technique.

The electrode 120 is detachably connected to the actuating device 110 through a connector. If the adhesion surface of the electrode is contaminated during use, the adhesion performance is lowered, or if there is a problem such that the lead wire connected to the electrode is broken, only the electrode can be replaced.

The smartphone 200 is used for issuing a control command to the operating device 110. [ Here, the smart phone 200 refers to a portable communication device, and may be replaced with a tablet PC, a tablet notebook, a PDA, or the like according to an embodiment.

In the illustrated embodiment, the smart phone 200 and the operating device 110 transmit and receive data using wireless communication. Here, the wireless communication can use the commercially available Bluetooth. Alternatively, various communication protocols may be used. Meanwhile, the smartphone and the operating device can be physically connected through a communication cable such as USB to perform wired communication.

Figure 2 shows each module of the operating device.

The operating device 110 includes a memory unit 10, a receiving module 20, a searching module 30, an amplifying unit 40, and a terminal unit 50.

Although not shown, a power management module for supplying power for the operation of these modules, a power management module for on / off of the power source, an operation module for controlling the direct operation, and an output module for outputting sound or visualization It contains the modules that the equipment has.

When an operation signal, which is related to the operation of the operating device, is transmitted via the smartphone 200 through the wireless or wired connection, the receiving module 20 receives the operation signal. The receiving module 20 includes an antenna for receiving a radio signal transmitted from a smartphone wirelessly. And a connector connected to the communication cable for the case of transmission by wire.

On the other hand, the memory unit 10 holds a pattern of frequencies for a plurality of operation signals. Here, the frequency pattern refers to a type of frequency that determines the type of massage transmitted through the electrode, which is a series of units of change in frequency and intensity of a frequency. For example, a pattern of one frequency may be expressed in the form of a short-cut massage, while a pattern of another frequency may be expressed in a form of gradually increasing intensity while gently vibrating.

The memory unit 10 stores one frequency pattern matched for each operation signal. The number of frequency patterns to be stored depends on the embodiment. The memory unit 10 may be an embedded non-volatile memory.

The search module 30 operates to select a pattern of a frequency matched with the corresponding operation signal in the memory unit 10 according to an operation signal input from the reception module 20. [ When the operation signal transmitted from the smartphone 200 is received, the frequency pattern corresponding to the operation signal changed in real time is searched to output a current having the corresponding pattern.

The amplification unit 40 appropriately amplifies the current output from the search module 30. [ The degree of amplification of the current in the amplifying part is determined according to information on the strength obtained by analyzing the operation signal. For example, as shown in FIG. 3 or 4, the current is adjusted by a certain multiple according to the user's selection through the intensity controller 1. FIG.

The terminal unit 50 includes a connector connected to the electrode, and transmits the amplified current to the electrode through the amplifying unit 40.

The other additional configurations are the same as or similar to the frequency generating means of the known frequency frequency physical therapy apparatus, so that further explanation is omitted here.

Hereinafter, a method of operating a frequency physical therapy apparatus using a smartphone according to an embodiment of the present invention will be described.

An application is installed in the smart phone 200 to send an operation signal wirelessly or by wire. In the application, the user can select the type of massage through the operating device and control the operation through the user interface.

When an operation signal is transmitted through an application installed in the smartphone 200, the operation device 110 applies a current of a corresponding frequency to the electrode in accordance with a predetermined pattern corresponding to the chuck signal, and performs massaging.

Since the smartphone 200 is used, there is no need to expose the operating device 110 to the outside during use, and portability is excellent. In addition, since the smart phone 200 is used, various user interfaces can be used unlike the related art, and intuitive use becomes possible accordingly. In addition, since it is easy to implement various functions, the user can greatly enhance his / her convenience.

The operation unit 110 receives an operation signal from the reception module 20 and transmits the operation signal to the search module 30. The search module 30 selects a pattern of the frequency matched with the operation signal in the memory unit 10 , And transmits a current having a specific pattern to the amplifying unit 40. The amplifying unit 40 appropriately adjusts the current of the frequency according to the intensity selected by the user and transmits the adjusted current to the terminal unit 50. The current is applied to the electrode connected to the terminal unit 50. [

Figure 3 illustrates one type of user interface presented to a user's smartphone. The user interface of the illustrated embodiment displays the body part 2 as a human figure. When a specific human body part 2 is selected by a user as a touch or the like, the smart phone transmits an operation signal to form a frequency pattern suitable for the corresponding part 2. [

Referring to FIG. 3 showing an example of a user interface, the figure of the human body is divided into left and right, and the left side shows the front side and the right side shows the rear side. These human bodies are made to be intuitive with a rough expression of eye, nose, mouth, and hip line.

The selectable human body part (2) is classified according to the distribution of large muscles such as the trapezius, biceps, triceps, and pectoralis muscle from the left side representing the front side. On the right side of the back of the human body, the human body part 2 is divided and displayed according to the laryngeal muscles, the gluteal muscles, and the like.

In the illustrated embodiment, although a large muscle is mainly shown, a part of the human body may be enlarged and presented to the user, and the human body part may be displayed to be divided according to the detailed muscle. For example, when the thigh is selected on the selection screen, the rectus femoris muscle, the external fascia and the internal fascia can be displayed as different parts while the thigh part is displayed in a larger size.

In smart phones, the application works to send a specific control signal to each of the identified regions (2). In the same way, the memory unit stores a predetermined frequency pattern in advance according to the region, so that the user selects the display of the corresponding human body region 2 in the user interface according to the position of the electrodes attached thereto, You will be treated.

This method allows ordinary users, who have difficulty in selecting a frequency pattern, to intuitively find a pattern of frequencies corresponding to the part where they want to be physically treated. Thus, a beginner of the frequency treatment device can easily select an effective massage type for himself / herself.

On the other hand, FIG. 4 relates to a user interface according to another embodiment.

In the illustrated embodiment, the application of the smartphone presents a plurality of frequency patterns to the user so as to configure various patterns of frequency, and allows the user to sequentially select them.

A pattern selection unit 3 for presenting the types of frequency patterns for each image 31 in a specific manner so that the user can select them, and a result display unit 31 for sequentially displaying the images 31 sequentially selected by the pattern selection unit 3 (4).

The pattern selecting unit 3 is a part for displaying the characteristics of the frequency pattern in an image 31, and displays a total of 10 patterns of images 31 on one screen in the drawing.

The image 31 of the frequency pattern is indicated by a line indicating the shape of the wave, and the images can be distinguished by changing the amplitude, the height of the wave height, and the like. In addition, by displaying images similar to the feeling when receiving actual frequency physical therapy, the image of the frequency pattern allows the user to intuitively understand what type of massage is performed.

When the image 31 of any one of the frequency patterns is selected by the pattern selection unit 3, the image 31 is displayed directly in the result unit 4. [ When a plurality of images are sequentially selected, the images are arranged in the result portion according to the selected order. For example, the newly selected pattern is positioned to the right of the existing image 31 in the result portion 4. [

By operating the playback button 5, an operation signal assigned to the image 31 is transmitted from the smartphone in accordance with the order of the images displayed in the result portion, and the operation device, which receives the operation signal, The current is applied to the electrode by looking for the frequency pattern.

The user can select and combine the desired type of frequency pattern by sequentially selecting several images. The combination method according to the selection of the image 31 can produce a combination of massage patterns in various ways.

In the prior art, it is difficult to avoid a type that the user dislikes because only the type of massage is changed according to the mode set in advance by the maker. However, according to the present invention, since only the massage of the type preferred by the user is selected, .

On the other hand, in the result section 4, the time 41 on each image means the time at which the pattern is repeated. In the drawing, the physical treatment of the frequency pattern according to the first image 31 from the left is repeated for one minute, and then the physical treatment of the frequency pattern according to the second image is performed for two minutes and thirty seconds. To this end, the smart phone transmits a new operation signal every time the time elapses according to the built-in timer.

In order to adjust the duration of the frequency pattern according to an image, the left and right lengths of the images 31 sequentially arranged in the result part 4 may be adjusted. In the illustrated embodiment, the lower right end of the image 31 is provided with a depression mark 42 for dragging. The image 31 is reduced or enlarged in the left and right direction by pressing the pushing display 42 and dragging to the left or right side and the time in which the pattern of the frequency continues in accordance with the left and right length of the image 31 is proportionally .

In addition, when an image 31 is selected by the pattern selection unit 3, an operation signal matched to the image 31 can be transmitted immediately. Accordingly, in the operation device, the current of the pattern is applied to the electrode for a predetermined period of time.

This allows the user to experience a massage type corresponding to the image for a while as the user selects (touches) the image 31. Therefore, not only the visual recognition of the massage type, but also the actual massage experience, the type of massage can be known immediately. In other words, it is possible to feel the type of massage more precisely than the type of massage judged by thinking through the image, and to know the favorable condition for his choice clearly. Thereby making it possible to prevent a type of massage not intended when a large number of images are selected from being stuck.
