Abstract

Disclosed is a list scroll controlling method. The disclosed list scroll controlling method includes: a step of scrolling a list upon user request; and a step of, if only part of the first or the last item of the list is displayed, adjusting the size or the location of the list.

Description

How to control list scrolling {METHOD FOR CONTROLLING OF LIST SCROLL}

The present invention relates to a list scroll control method.

Currently, most user terminals, for example, smart phones and tablet PCs, provide a touch function. That is, the user can control by touching the terminal.

Also, touch is used when scrolling an e-mail list, and the scroll speed is adjusted according to the moving speed of the touch means touched on the user terminal. In some user terminals, a so-called scroll bouncing technique may be employed in which the list is naturally bounced when the list is scrolled to the end at a very high speed.

The present invention has an object to provide a list scroll control method.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS >

According to the present invention, when the terminal user scrolls through the list, it is easier to select the first or last item.

3 is a diagram for explaining the related art.

The present invention relates to a list scroll control method for enabling a terminal user to more easily select a first or last item when scrolling a list. The present invention can be used in a wireless terminal such as a smart phone, tablet PC, and the like.

Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings.

1 is a diagram illustrating a list displayed on a user terminal.

As shown in FIG. 1, for example, when the number of emails is 10 in the email list 110 from 1 to 10, and the size of the display 100 is smaller than the email list 110, the email list ( Only some e-mails included in the size of the display 100 among the e-mails of the 110 are displayed on the display 100.

Thus, the user can find the desired email by scrolling through the email list. The display may support a touch scheme, and the user may scroll the email list by touching the display.

2 and 3 are views for explaining a list scroll control method according to an embodiment of the present invention.

When an email is displayed on the display 100 as shown in FIG. 1, the user may scroll through the email list to select the last tenth email. In this case, the e-mail displayed on the display 100 may be the same as that of FIG. 2. That is, only a part of the tenth e-mail may be displayed on the display 100.

When the last e-mail is partially displayed on the display 100 as shown in FIG. 2, the present invention displays all the last 10 e-mails on the display as shown in FIG. 3. The present invention can resize the email list or scroll the email list automatically so that all ten emails can be displayed on the display 100.

In FIG. 3, only the case where all tenth emails are displayed is described. However, the present invention may also be applied to a case where the user scrolls backwards to search for the first email. That is, when the user scrolls such that only a part of the first email is displayed on the display, the present invention can resize the email list or scroll the email list automatically so that the first email telegram can be displayed on the display. .

In summary, the present invention adjusts the list so that when a portion of the first or last item of the list is displayed by scrolling, the entire first or last item of the list can be displayed. For example, the present invention may resize the list or automatically scroll the list to adjust the position of the list so that the entire first or last item of the list can be displayed.

1 to 3, only the e-mail list is described. However, the present invention can be applied to all cases in which items are displayed in a list manner.

The technical contents described above may be embodied in the form of program instructions that may be executed by various computer means and may be recorded in a computer readable medium. The computer-readable medium may include program instructions, data files, data structures, and the like, alone or in combination. The program instructions recorded on the medium may be those specially designed and constructed for the embodiments or may be available to those skilled in the art of computer software. Examples of computer-readable media include magnetic media such as hard disks, floppy disks and magnetic tape; optical media such as CD-ROMs and DVDs; magnetic media such as floppy disks; Magneto-optical media, and hardware devices specifically configured to store and execute program instructions such as ROM, RAM, flash memory, and the like. Examples of program instructions include machine language code such as those produced by a compiler, as well as high-level language code that can be executed by a computer using an interpreter or the like. The hardware device may be configured to operate as one or more software modules to perform the operations of the embodiments, and vice versa.

The embodiments of the present invention described above are disclosed for purposes of illustration, and those skilled in the art having ordinary knowledge of the present invention may make various modifications, changes, and additions within the spirit and scope of the present invention. Should be considered to be within the scope of the following claims.
