A vehicle information transfer system using a non-audible frequency band is disclosed. The vehicle information transfer system comprises: a signal generating unit for generating signal patterns of a non-audible frequency band; a signal sensing unit for sensing the signal patterns generated from the signal generating unit; and a control unit for performing an order depending on the sensed results from the signal sensing unit. The present invention relates to a vehicle communication method using a non-audible frequency band signal and a device using the same.

Smart car refers to a car that has intelligent driving and communication functions by applying radar optical sensor and communication system.

There is a need for an easy way to communicate / receive information to pedestrians without the need for inter-vehicle communication and the addition of other devices.

A signal generator for generating a signal pattern of an inaudible frequency band; A signal detector for detecting a signal pattern generated by the signal generator; The present invention provides an apparatus and system including a control unit for performing different commands according to a signal detection result from the signal detection unit.

An apparatus and system according to one embodiment may be used with a vehicle horn (ie, incorporating information in an audible frequency pattern into a horn sound for use in vehicle communication).

The smart car refers to a vehicle in which the driving and communication functions of the vehicle are intelligent by applying a radar optical sensor and a communication system (see FIG. 1). Particularly, a recent issue is communication between vehicles, and many technologies have been introduced using the WAVE (Wireless Access for Vehicle Environment) standard. As a communication technology used in special cases in addition to the communication standard, a visible light communication method using an LED light, a 700 MHz radio communication method (see FIG. 2), and the like have been proposed.

In the case of the above-mentioned technology, it is difficult to communicate with other small devices (LED, radio, etc.), and LED, in particular, has limitations in weather. Therefore, there is a need for a method that can easily transmit / receive information to pedestrians without adding inter-vehicle communication as well as adding other devices.

The present invention is a technology for generating and communicating a signal in the inaudible frequency band, a method that can communicate not only a vehicle but also a vehicle and a mobile device. In one embodiment, the audible frequency information is inserted into the horn of the vehicle, and various information may be transmitted through the augment. In particular, this delivery can be delivered to pedestrians using mobile devices as well as inter-vehicle communications. For example, dangerous information may be expressed to the pedestrian by vibrating the mobile device through the horn of the vehicle.

An apparatus and system according to an embodiment may include a signal generator for generating a signal pattern in an inaudible frequency band; A signal sensing unit for sensing a signal pattern generated by the signal generating means; a control unit for performing different commands according to the signal sensing result from the signal sensing unit, and in particular, the generating unit may be used together with the vehicle horn. (I.e. put information in the audible frequency pattern into the horn sound and use it in vehicle communication).

A system in accordance with an example of using inaudible sounds for vehicle communication may add information in the horn by adding inaudible sounds.
