Description

Supervisory apparatus of wearing the safety helmet in the construction field}

The present invention relates to the safety management of workers in the construction site, and in particular to the safety helmet wearing management device of the construction site to check whether the worker wearing a hard hat using the RFID, and also accurately confirm the location of the worker.

Various safety accidents that occur in building sites such as buildings are most often caused by carelessness of workers, and such carelessness may include accidents caused by falling objects.

The most fatal injuries or major deaths caused by these falling objects are likely to be head shocks.

To this end, the work area must be wearing a hard hat to prevent accidents caused by falling objects, but most workers do not wear a hard hat because of annoying or inconvenient work.

As a result, safety accidents caused by falling objects result in death or injury of humans, disruption of the work process, and social loss.

Therefore, in order to solve the above-mentioned problems, the present invention senses whether the sensor is attached to the helmet by using an RFID tag, and if a sensing signal is generated from the sensor, the sensor is controlled by the central control unit of the remote site through the active RFID. The purpose of the present invention is to provide a safety helmet wearing management device in a construction site using RFID, which allows the central control department to give appropriate instructions to the workers on site.

The present invention for achieving this object,

A hard hat including a head fixing band fixed to the inside of the mother body to surround the user's head, and a band adjusting unit for adjusting the size of the head fixing band;

A first sensor installed at the front of the head fixing band of the helmet to switch by a contact force with the head to generate a sensing signal corresponding thereto;

A sub-RFID tag installed in the hard hat and configured to wirelessly output an ID stored in an ID storage unit when the sensing signal sensed by the first sensor is input to the processor;

The main body is wirelessly transmitted to the RFID reader through the transceiver, when the ID is transmitted to the body of the worker and received from the processor through the transceiver and receives an ID transmitted from the processor. RFID tag;

And an RFID reader receiving an ID input from the main RFID tag and transmitting the ID to the remote place via wireless or wired.

The present invention configured as described above detects whether a worker in the field wears a hard hat properly and generates an alarm to prevent accidents caused by falling objects, and also detects whether an inadequate worker enters a dangerous area and detects a safety accident. Prevention of accidents is ensured by appropriately disposing of workers who are put into action in case of an emergency.

And, by accurately confirming the position of the operator has the effect of enabling a quick rescue in the event of a safety accident.

1 is a circuit block diagram of a helmet wearing care apparatus of the present invention.
Figure 2 is a view showing an installation state of the RFID transceiver for explaining the present invention.
3 is a view showing a form of a hard hat to which a contact switch and a sub RFID tag are attached.

The present invention configured as described above will be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings.

The present invention is largely composed of a hard hat 500, a first sensor 430, an active sub RFID tag 400, an active main RFID tag 100, an RFID reader 200, the central control unit server 300.

The active sub RFID tag 400 and the active main RFID tag 100 are capable of transmitting and receiving ID signals at a long distance, not at a short distance, and have an ability to perform RF and signal processing because they have their own battery. .

The RFID reader 200 for managing the active tag 100 may manage a plurality of RFID tags 100, and the active RFID communication method uses the RFID reader 200 and a plurality of workers by using an HDX propagation method. Each main RFID tag 100 provided with each other transmit and receive. In addition, it can provide other additional information or control another device remotely.

In addition, built-in sensor can also get information about the surrounding environment. This is a step further from the concept of active RFID giving a simple ID and can be used in a remote control system.

In other words, the active RFID tag also includes an internal battery and a transmission device to operate as an RF transceiver device that can transmit itself.

In the present invention, the active RFID tag is divided into a sub RFID tag 400 and a main RFID tag 100.

The sub RFID tag 400 is mounted by a fixing means 401 to be detachably attached to the helmet 500, as shown in Figure 3, the fixing means 401 is a tape, bracket, storage space, elastic band, etc. It may be configured, it is preferable to have a form that the sub-RFID tag is pressed in so that it is not easily separated.

The hard hat 500 is fixed to the mother 510, the inside of the parent 510, the head fixing band 520 surrounding the user's head, and the band adjusting unit for adjusting the size of the head fixing band 520 ( 530, which is a general configuration.

The band adjusting part 530 has a bent shape so as to correspond to the rear of the user's head so that the head fixing band 520 tightens the head by adjusting the knob 531 exposed to the outside. ) Is not easily peeled off.

The front part of the head fixing band 520, that is, the part where the forehead of the operator contacts the sensor 430 to the inside of the head fixing band 520 to check whether the helmet 500 is worn, such a sensor 430 ) Can use various sensors such as a micro switch, a contact sensor, and a contact switch.

In addition, the sub-RFID tag 400 connected to the sensor 430 and the wiring 450 is mounted inside or outside of the mother body 510. In the drawing, the sub RFID tag 400 is mounted inside, but the mounting position is not largely affected. .

When the worker wears the hard hat 500 and then adjusts the knob 531 to tighten the head fixing band 520, the operator's head and the head fixing band 520 are brought into close contact with each other to generate a sensing signal from the sensor 430. The sensing signal is input to the processor 460 provided inside the sub RFID tag 400.

Of course, if the operator does not tighten the head fixing band 520, the sensing signal is not generated from the sensor 430, which is not a correct wearing state.

When the sensing signal is input, the processor 460 does not transmit the worker unique ID stored in the ID storage unit 470, and wirelessly transmits the worker unique ID through the transmitter 480 which is an RF module only when the sensing signal is not input. Is transmitted to the main RFID tag (100).

This operating power is supplied from a battery 490 embedded in the sub-RFID tag 400. The battery 490 is a rechargeable battery module, and is configured to be charged in an office or the like when an operator does not work.

The main RFID tag 100 is attached to the body of the operator or attached to the state, it can be configured in the form of the storage case provided in the worker's work clothes, seat belts, etc., the processor 120 is a RF module transceiver The ID transmitted from the sub RFID tag 400 is received through the 140, and at this time, the processor 120 checks whether the ID stored in the ID storage unit 130 and the transmitted ID match and generate an alarm. An alarm is generated through the unit 160 and the ID is transmitted to the RFID reader 200 through the transceiver 140.

As shown in FIG. 2, the RFID reader 200 receives IDs transmitted from the active RFID tag 100 through a plurality of RFID transceivers 211, 212, and 213 installed in the field, and demodulates the processor 220. The ID demodulated by the RFID receivers 211, 212, and 213 is transmitted via wired or wirelessly to the central control unit server 300 at a remote location through the wired / wireless communication unit 230.

The wired / wireless communication unit 310 of the central control unit server 300 receives an ID transmitted from the RFID reader 200, and the processor 320 correctly wears the hardhat 500 of the worker according to the input of the ID. Will be judged.

Therefore, the processor 320 reads the voice alarm composition stored in the database 330 when the ID signal is input from the RFID reader 200 because the worker does not wear the hardhat 500 correctly. The alarm generating unit 340 may be a speaker installed on the site where the worker is located, so that the worker recognizes this by outputting an alarm sound that "worker OOO wears a hard hat correctly."

Of course, as another method, the alarm signal can be generated only to the corresponding worker through the main RFID tag 100. For this purpose, the processor 320 transmits the ID of the corresponding operator to the RFID reader 200 through the wired / wireless communication unit 310. ) And the RFID reader 200 transmits to the main RFID tag 100 having the corresponding ID.

That is, the wired / wireless communication unit 230 of the RFID reader 200 receives an ID signal transmitted from the central control unit server 300, and the processor 220 outputs the ID signal to the RFID transceivers 211, 212, and 213 to perform modulation. In addition, the transceiver 140 of the main RFID tag 100 having the corresponding ID is authorized and demodulated to provide the processor 120 to the processor 120.

In this case, the processor 120 compares its ID stored in the ID storage unit 130 to output an alarm signal to the alarm generation unit 160 so that the worker recognizes it.

The alarm generating unit 160 may be a speaker, a vibrator for generating vibration, or a device for visually generating an alarm signal.

The main RFID tag 100 operates as its own battery 110, and is provided with a wake-up circuit 150 to prevent discharge due to sudden consumption of the battery 110.

The wake-up circuit 150 operates only when a “wake-up” signal is input from the RFID reader 200, and the “wake-up” signal is transmitted / received by the RFID reader 200 toward the minimum power supply 140. In the case of input through), it detects this and enables the processor 120.

That is, the main RFID tag 100 operates substantially only in a specific region where the RFID reader 200 is installed.

The present invention can determine the position of the worker by the active main RFID tag 100 and the RFID reader 200, for this purpose, the RFID transceiver (211,212,213) of the RFID reader 200 in the divided work area as shown in FIG. Since a plurality of predetermined positions are provided, the processor 220 can determine the position by triangulation from the ID signals received from the RFID transceivers 211, 212, and 213.

Therefore, since the RFID transceivers 211, 212, 213 are installed with a specific distance and directionality, the processor 220 determines the position of the worker by identifying the position of the main RFID tag 100 from the ID signal by a known triangulation method.

The location information thus obtained is transmitted to the central control unit server 300 through the wired / wireless communication unit 230, and the processor 320 of the central control unit server 300 is authorized through the wired / wireless communication unit 310 to receive a database ( Compared with the area allowance information stored in 330.

That is, when the worker is located in a certain area, if the area is an area where the worker cannot access, the processor 320 generates an alarm so that the worker recognizes it and stores the location information in the database 330 for security. You can do it.

In addition, even when a safety accident occurs, it is possible to immediately determine the location of the worker can be taken immediately.

On the other hand, the processor 320 stores in the database 330 information on an alarm occurrence situation, whether the unauthorized area is entered or not, etc. in the database 330, and stores the information through the wire / wireless communication unit 310. Notify your company by e-mail, fax, or text message on your mobile phone so that the company can receive appropriate training.

In addition, even if the worker took off the site by the break or the end of work, even if the hard hat 500 is taken off, if it is out of the work area, it is determined that the normal work cap 500 is hair loss so as not to generate an alarm.
