Abstract

A device for measuring a flow rate of ringer's solution using an image sensor is provided to be affected a little by a kind of the ringer's solution and a surrounding lightness, to have no worry about a pollution, and to reduce a manufacturing cost. The device includes an image sensor(1), a focusing lens(2), and a light emitting diode(3) installed on the outside of a tube(10), a digital signal processing device(7) for converting into an electric signal by processing a minute distribution shape image of bubbles contained in ringer's solution that flows in the tube captured by the image sensor to a digital signal, and a microprocessor(8) for calculating a flux of the ringer's solution that flows in the tube by analyzing the electric signal.

Description

이미지 센서를 이용한 링거액 주입 속도 측정 장치{A device for measuring the flow rate of Ringer solution using an image sensor}A device for measuring the flow rate of Ringer solution using an image sensor}

1 is a schematic diagram of a ringer liquid injection rate measuring apparatus according to an embodiment of the present invention

The present invention relates to a ringer fluid injection state monitoring device that attaches the image sensor 1 to the outer surface of the tube 10 connected to the lower end of the drop chamber 5 to provide various information on the ringer fluid injection state to the patient.

As a conventional ringer liquid injection state monitoring device,

An infrared sensor (photo sensor) is installed outside the drip chamber 5 to measure the time interval at which the falling drops 4 block infrared light. It is sensitive and has the disadvantage of sealing the drip chamber, including the infrared sensor, with an opaque material (as a result the user cannot see the drop state), and moreover, if the drip chamber is tilted at an angle, the drip chamber falls. Because the droplets do not pass through the infrared rays, the droplets cannot be sensed.

Therefore, the present invention has been made to solve the problems of the conventional ringer liquid injection state monitoring apparatus as described above,

An object of the present invention is to provide a ringer liquid injection state monitoring device that is less affected by the type of ringer liquid and ambient brightness, there is no concern about contamination, and is small and low in manufacturing cost, and according to the accompanying drawings of the present invention The configuration and operation will be described in detail as follows.

According to the exemplary embodiment of the present invention, as shown in FIG. 1, the image sensor 1, the focus lens 2, and the light emitting diode 3 are installed at the outer surface of the tube, so that the The image (distribution image of the fine bubbles contained in the Ringer's solution) is captured by the image sensor, and the change of the captured image is analyzed by the digital signal processing apparatus 7 to determine the flow rate (the product of the flow rate and the tube cross-sectional area) of the Ringer's fluid. The calculation by the processor 8 is shown.

As described above, according to the present invention, the infusion rate and infusion amount of Ringer's solution can be calculated by attaching a sensor to the tube instead of the drop chamber, so that the patient can directly check the state of the drop falling from the drop chamber.

It is possible to monitor the state of infusion of Ringer's fluid in real time, so that an alarm signal can be immediately notified to the patient when an unwanted situation in which the infusion rate of Ringer's infusion is suddenly changed is detected. Alarm signal to the patient,

Since the amount of Ringer's fluid can be measured in real time, an alarm signal can be sent to the patient when the amount of Ringer's fluid is injected.

When all of the Ringer's fluid is exhausted, the flow rate of the Ringer's fluid in the tube is measured to be zero, thus providing the effect of notifying the patient as an alarm signal when the Ringer's fluid is exhausted.
