Abstract

본 고안은 유리도어용 힌지장치에 관한 것으로서, 특히 유리도어가 회전개폐가 될 때 일정반경으로 회전되면서 벽면에 부딪히지 않도록 제어해 주는 스토퍼를 힌지장치에 일체로 형성토록 한 것이다.
현재 출입문이나 샤워부스 등은 기능성과 미관상으로도 보기 좋은 강화유리가 많이 사용되고 있으며 이러한 강화유리는 벽면이나 문틀에 장착되는 힌지장치로 인해 여닫이 형식으로 회전개폐가 되는 것이다.
이때 유리도어가 회전개폐가 될 때 회전개폐가 되면서 벽면에 부딪혀 깨짐을 방지하기 위하여 벽면에는 고무재질의 스토퍼를 장착하고 있는 것이었다.
그러나 이러한 것은 고무재질의 특성상 장시간 사용하게 되면 고무가 달거나 훼손이 되면서 유리도어가 회전개폐가 될 때 유리도어가 그대로 벽면에 부딪혀 깨지게 되는 문제가 있었으며 또한 유리도어의 파손을 방지하기 위한 별도의 스토퍼를 장착해야 하기 때문에 설치에 많은 시간적 소요와 재료비가 상승하게 되는 단점이 있는 것이었다.
따라서 본 고안은 유리도어가 회전개폐되면서 벽면에 부딪히지 않도록 하는 스토퍼를 힌지장치에 일체로 설치토록 함으로써 종래의 문제를 해결토록 한 것이다.
