Description

차량용 난방장치{HEATING APPARATUS FOR VEHICLE}Automotive Heating {HEATING APPARATUS FOR VEHICLE}

The present invention relates to a heating device for a vehicle, and more particularly, to a heating device for a vehicle for heating the vehicle using the turbocharged air installed in the vehicle.

In general, a vehicle heating apparatus uses cooling water for cooling an engine as a heat source, and passes heated air through an outer side of a heater core to which the cooling water is moved so that heated air flows into a room.

Recently, a turbocharger is installed in a diesel engine vehicle to improve the output of an engine, and a vehicle in which a separate intercooler is further installed to cool a turbocharged heat generator is released.

1 is a schematic view showing a heating apparatus of a vehicle in which a conventional turbocharger and an intercooler are installed. As shown therein, a pipe 2 for circulating the coolant is installed on the outside of the vehicle engine 1 so as to cool it.

In addition, a radiator 3 is installed at one side of the pipe 2 to cool the coolant due to the air flowing into the vehicle while the vehicle is running, and at the other side, the heat of the coolant is supplied to the room to be used for heating. The heater core 4 and the blower 5 are provided.

On the other hand, a turbocharger 6 is installed inside the vehicle to improve the output of the engine 1. The turbocharger 6 uses air generated by the expansion of the high-temperature and high-pressure exhaust gas to force the air. The air is supplied to the engine 1 by suction and compression.

In addition, the compressed air charged by the turbocharger 6 is maintained at a high temperature (about 150 degrees), but is cooled (about 60 degrees) while passing through the additionally installed intercooler 7 to increase the density of the compressed air. A large output improvement can be obtained.

However, the conventional vehicle heating apparatus configured as described above heats the engine coolant with an auxiliary heater (combustible heater, PTC heater, etc.) because the heat output of the engine is reduced due to the improvement of the diesel engine performance, and thus the coolant temperature does not rise during the initial heating. There was a problem.

The present invention is to solve such a conventional problem, an object of the present invention is to provide a heating device for the vehicle to achieve a more smooth heating by using the heat of the charge air generated in the turbocharger.

The vehicle heating apparatus of the present invention for achieving the above object is a radiator provided on one side of the pipe circulating the cooling water for cooling the engine, and a heater installed on the other side of the pipe to supply the heat of the cooling water to the interior of the vehicle A vehicle heating apparatus comprising a core and a blower, a turbocharger provided to supply supercharged air to the engine, and an intercooler provided between the engine and the turbocharger, wherein the turbocharger and the intercooler are disposed between the turbocharger and the intercooler. The auxiliary heater core is installed through the bypass passage so as to be heated by the heat of the supercharged air in the turbocharger.

Hereinafter, preferred embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the drawings.

2 is a block diagram of a heating apparatus according to the present invention. As shown in the figure, a pipe 20 for circulating the coolant is installed on the outside of the vehicle engine 10 to cool it.

In addition, a radiator 30 is installed at one side of the pipe 20 to cool the coolant due to the air flowing into the vehicle while the vehicle is running. On the other side, the radiator 30 is supplied to the room to supply heat of the coolant to be used for heating. The heater core 40 and the blower 50 are installed.

In addition, a turbocharger (60) is installed inside the vehicle to improve the output of the engine (10) and discharges the charge air. The turbocharger (60) cools the charge air and supplies it to the engine (10). It is connected to the intercooler 70.

Meanwhile, in the present embodiment, an auxiliary heater is installed between the turbocharger 60 and the intercooler 70 so as to bypass the charge air generated by the turbocharger 60, thereby preventing the charge of the air charged from the turbocharger 60. Heated by heat

That is, a bypass passage 80 is formed between the turbocharger 60 and the intercooler 70 to be connected to the auxiliary heater core 90 to the inlet side and the outlet side, and the bypass passage 80 is summer. However, when no heating is required, a valve is provided so that the charge air of the turbocharger 60 is directly transmitted to the intercooler 70 and closed.

In addition, the auxiliary heater core (90) into which the turbocharger 60 is introduced with the boost air is connected to and installed adjacent to the heater core (40). The auxiliary heater core (90) is not provided with a separate blower and is provided by a conventional blower (50). The air flowing into the room will be heated.

3 is a configuration diagram showing another embodiment of the heating apparatus according to the present invention. As shown therein, the radiator 30 is installed on the pipe 20 and one side thereof for circulating the cooling water, and the heater core 40 and the blower 50 are installed on the other side.

In addition, the turbocharger 60 is installed inside the vehicle to improve the output of the engine 10 and discharges the charge air. The turbocharger 60 cools the charge air and supplies it to the engine 10. It is connected to the intercooler 70.

On the other hand, in the present embodiment, an extension pipe 100 connecting the heater core 40 and the radiator 30 is installed between the turbocharger 60 and the intercooler 70 to cool the charge air of the turbocharger 60. At the same time as the cooling by the cooling water is delivered to the heater core 40 is heated to pass through it.

That is, the extension pipe 100 shortens the time delay for the vehicle's interior heating because the coolant heated more quickly by the heat generated by the engine 10 and the boost air of the turbocharger 60 is transferred to the heater core 40. In this case, the turbocharger 60 and the intercooler 70 are formed of a plurality of pipes such as a heater core such that the heat transfer area is increased.

In the vehicle heating apparatus of the present invention configured as described above, when the engine 10 and the turbocharger 60 of the vehicle are driven, the heat generated from the engine 10 and the heat generated from the turbocharger 60 are heated by the heater core 40. And the auxiliary heater core 90.

And, the air heated through the heater core 40 and the auxiliary heater is introduced into the interior of the vehicle by the blower 50 to heat the vehicle, in the present invention due to the heat of the supercharged air in the turbocharger (60) Quick and smooth heating is achieved.

As described in detail above, the vehicle heating apparatus according to the present invention may achieve rapid and smooth heating by using the coolant heated by the engine heat and the heat generated from the turbocharger for heating the vehicle, and at the initial heating, the coolant temperature may be increased. There is an advantage that does not require the configuration of the auxiliary heater to raise.
